small village Vrist approx. 250 m from the North Sea. The house is suited for 2 families sharing or families with teenage children as there are 2 individual buildings of a total 150 m2.
The house has a kitchen, laundry room/scullery from 2009 and tile floors with underfloor heating, bright living room with tasteful furnishings and a wood-burning stove you can enjoy after a trip to the beach or on a cold autumn day. The living room has TV, DVD player and free internet. 2 bedrooms on ground floor and a spacious bathroom with shower cubicle. 1st floor is decorated as a separate house with living room with wood-burning stove and open-concept kitchen with dining table, flat screen TV, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower cubicle. From 1st floor you can enjoy the views of the cottage area with the dunes in the background. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered terrace while listening to the waves. The sun can be enjoyed in the sunny yard, where you can also turn on the grill. There is a fireplace for roasting marshmallows etc. For the children there is a swing, basketball net, football goal and petanque to enjoy. From Easter to October there is approx. 75 m to a grocer.
