A high quality pool house on an open
natural plot, very close to the small fishing hamlet of Sømarkshuse, where
you will find a small boat harbour, a smokehouse, mini golf facilities and a bicycle
hire. You may also buy fresh fish from the fishing boats.




The holiday cottage consists in a pool area
and a living area, divided by a conservatory overlooking the plot and with
direct access to a big terrace with a sheltering wall to the south east.


The cottage has two bathrooms with toilet and
shower facilities and 4 bedrooms with double beds and built-in cupboards with
sliding glass doors.




There is a big kitchen area with all kind of kitchen
aids. The big, modern living room with woodburning stove, colour TV
(satellite dish) and stereo set create the settings for cosy evenings.
The conservatory has a light dimmer system.




The pool area in several levels has a big
swimming pool, prefilled whirlpool and sauna.
