Beschrijving Interieur

40 km south of Jyväskylä, L. Painaajärvi 40 m (length 2 km, width 800 m), shallow, sanded clay bottom, own boat. Wooden detached house 1950, living room/ kitchen with convertible sofa, 2 bedrooms 2 beds in each, washroom, hall. House also has baking oven and wood-burning stove. Lakeshore sauna (32 m²) with hot and cold water, shower and elec. light. Old detached house, adapted for holiday use. Extensive own level yard area which still has e.g. cowshed (not in use), outbuilding (during summer time 2 beds as an alternative beds) and threshing house. Farm 'atmosphere'. Well-equipped shore sauna, shore faces east. Opportunities for horse riding 4 km. Owner also hires out outboard motor and bicycles. Main road nr. 9 (Tampere-Jyväskylä) runs 400 m from the house. Returnable deposit of 100 e for the cleaning is to be paid on spot on arrival.
