65 km north-east of Kuopio, L.Syväri 15 m (lengt 30km, width 10 km), natural state beach, pier and boat are shared with neighbouring apartment.

5 km from Tahko skiing resort area situated high standard Nipasranta 3 A apartment, totally renovated 2008 Lake Syväri 15m.

Apartment is built-up 1989 and it is 47 m² + 20 m² loft. In ground floor there are 1 bedroom with double bed, little kitchen and living room with fireplace and eating place, electric heating sauna and big terrace. On the open loft there are 4 single beds.

Grill hut on the backyard and it's in shared use with the neighbor apartment. There is charcoal grill there and client should bring charcoal.

Possibility to rent both apartments in the same house for 12 person.

**Hot tub for renting for extra charge from Owner. Must be always agreed with Lomarengas before making the cottage reservation. Owner's contact details will be given to the client after making the reservation and after that the client agrees about the payment of hot tub directly with the owner. ** Cozy Nipasranta 3 A holiday apartment is in peaceful cottage area, 5 km to the slopes.

Lake Syväri 15 m, crudity base beach and boat can be used together the other apartment, Kuopio 55 km. Pets are allowed, extra fee 30€ / reservation. Smoking are not allowed.

Every reservation starts at 16.00 P.M. and ends at 12.00 A.M. (Also in weekends).

From owner is possible to rent Hot tub for extra charge!!! Matkus Shopping center 70 km.
