Simple typical Tuscan house, with beam ceilings.
On two floors: ground floor kitchen/living room; stone stairs bring to the first floor composed of one double bedroom, one large single bedroom, one pass-through big living room with double sofa bed, one bathroom with shower.
Great views. Pretty private garden/terrace.

Wi-Fi internet connection available (free of charge) only in the pool's area and in the Castle

Very, very simple and polished. Should be urgently renovated!
Pool is very big - but everything around extremely neglected.
Clean and very quiet, care on site nice.
I would not book it again for the price.
