FIRST FLOOR: two double bedrooms, twin bedroom, bathroom with small bathtub. The first floor is accessible either from an external staircase or by a spiral internal staircase connecting the living room to one of the double bedrooms. The same bedroom opens into a spacious loggia with outdoor furniture.
