Mooie vrijstaande villa met privé zwembad gelegen op korte afstand van het charmante stadje Greve in Chianti (het grote plein in het centrum ligt op 10 minuten loopafstand). Deze woning, omringd door prachtige olijf- en wijngaarden, is ruim en gezellig.
De ligging is ideaal om de omliggende charmante dorpjes in de Chiantistreek te bezoeken (Castellina, Gaiole, Radda, Panzano) en prachtige kunststeden zoals Siena, Florence, San Gimignano en Volterra.
Afstanden: Greve in Chianti centrum op slechts 500 meter afstand, Florence (vliegveld) 32 km, Siena 34 km afstand, San Gimginano 50 km.
Tot beschikking van de gasten staat: grote tuin (ca. 400 vierkante meter) met tuinmeubilair, privé-zwembad (9 x 3 m - diepte 1,3 m - open van 31/03 tot 31/10). Internet WiFi (gratis). Parkeerruimte op het terrein.

Great location. Much closer to town than we thought. 5 minute walk to centre. But in the midst of vineyards and perfectly quiet. Modern amenities such as AC were a plus. Only issue we had was large number of bees, which became bothersome.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Verdiana! It was hard to leave at the end of the week. Monica and Fabrizio were fabulous landlords, full of great ideas for sightseeing, etc. that it truly made for an outstanding experience. We left feeling like we were saying goodbye to family. Everything was well done in the villa with the exception of the mattresses, which could have been better, but other than that we thoroughly enjoyed the home, the town and the people!

Casa Verdiana is a beautiful villa with breathtaking views. My family and I had a wonderful stay, the house was perfect for us. It had the everything you need except for internet connection. If I had the chance to visit Tuscany again, I would come back to Casa Verdiana. It feels like I never left home. Greve in Chianti is such a charming town with good restaurants and friendly people.

Although the location into the town was amazing, the villa itself is old, outdated couches and chairs that you just couldn't get comfortable on and couldn't sit around as a family. For the money that is spent, go out and purchase a nice family sectional. It is ABSURD that if you wanted additional bath towel you had to rent for $3 Euro. We each got ONE for the week. We traveled from Greve to many different towns via car....those roads can be scary, beautiful scenery but definitely don't drive if you fear heights.
