On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. With a travel cot (including pillow, duvet and extra mattress) and a children's high chair, which are provided free of charge by the owner, as well as a door gate at the top, a toilet seat for children and a stool in the bathroom, the house offers family-friendly facilities. Radio/CD, television (satellite TV) and DVD player are also available. Internet/WLAN is also provided free of charge by the owner.Large covered south/west-facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, where you can enjoy the sun from late morning until sunset. Garden with swing, sandpit and plenty of space to play. The property is completely fenced so that children and dogs can run around the house.Bicycles can be hired from the bike hire about 300 metres from the house next to the play barn.Cats and birds are not allowed! The complex is located directly on the North Sea dyke, so that you can reach the North Sea lagoon, the green beach of Burhave or the play barn in a few minutes on foot. The centre of Butjadingen-Burhave, which offers numerous restaurants and shopping facilities, is also within easy reach by bike or on foot. The proximity to the North Sea dyke offers a good starting point for long walks or cycle tours along the coast of Butjadingen. Just a few minutes' walk from the holiday home, the dog beach and another designated dog meadow behind the play barn offer the opportunity for your four-legged friends to romp around to their heart's content.
