The house is within a tranquil residential area in Nordfeld and offers an optimal mix of peace and quiet and proximity to places of interest.The beautiful terrace is partly roofed and furnished and invites you to enjoy leisurely grilling. The site is fully fenced in and largely shielded from views in. There are two parking spaces right by the house. Smokers should use the roofed terrace. Dogs are welcome free of charge.The house was modernised and charmingly newly furnished for the 2012 season. The five-room house on two floors is a 120m² wellness oasis where up to 8 people can leave everyday life far behind. The living room has a cosy sitting corner and a fireplace stove for relaxing hours, satellite TV, a DVD player, a stereo system and access to the terrace. The fully-equipped and open built-in kitchen with access to the roofed terrace is open towards the modern dining room and invites you to cook. It is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, pads machine, toaster, wok and fondue set. The dining space has an extendable dining table that can be used for a sociable games evening. Four bedrooms are available in total, two on the ground floor and two in the attic, with two double beds and four single beds. The bathroom is light and spacious and includes a shower, washbasin, WC, washing machine and dryer. There is a separate WC with a washbasin. The spacious hallway with stairs to the attic provides plenty of space for coats and shoes.There are walking paths and the river right by the house. It is 6km to Friedrichstadt with good shopping facilities, 15km to Heide, 19km to Tönning and 20km to Husum.
