Located on the side of a stream (30 m) connecting to Iso-Sapsojärvi, a separate log cabin for a peaceful vacation and enjoying nature in Sotkamo.
The cottage built in 2002, living space of 60 m² on the ground floor and 60 m² on upper floor. A separate kitchen corner with an atmospheric wood stove. In the living room kitchen there is a fireplace and a dining set for 6 people. In the living room, a good-sized sofa and an armchair. Upstairs, a motor bed (as a double bed), and 2 x 120 cm wide separate beds, in the same space, but partly demarcated into a sleeping space with wardrobe. From the upper floor there is access to a small balcony, with a view of the courtyard sauna and the stream.
Wood-heated sauna (hot water from the heater) + dressing room. Access to the stream from the sauna is via stairs, and at the end of the stairs is a platform / terrace and a ladder. The courtyard sauna is available all year round. Note the stream is not suitable for swimming (natural mud bottom). On the beach there is a campfire place and a porch with a door. A rowing boat is available to get to Sapsojärvi (distance approx. 400 m), if you are boating, please bring your own life jackets. At the end of the stream, at the head of the promontory on the Sapsojärvi side, there is a good sandy swimming spot available (with another cabin), there are old buildings on the beach that are not used by tenants, but you can otherwise use the beach freely.
Note there is also a separate shed building, with sleeping loft with alternative beds for 2 (if you want privacy). The use of the shed can be negotiated separately with the maintenance. Shed can be available during the summer.

Inbegrepen in de huurprijs:
Beddengoed en Handdoeken (eerste set): geldig tot 1 Mei 2027
Eindschoonmaak: geldig tot 1 Mei 2027
Het saldo is verschuldigd 65 dagen voor aankomst.
Voor last-minute boekingen (binnen 65 dagen na aankomst) moet het volledige huurbedrag worden betaald op het moment van boeking.
In geval van annulering van de boeking, zelfs als deze wordt vervangen door een andere, gelden de volgende boetes:
- de eerste aanbetaling (25% van de totale huursom) als de annulering plaatsvindt tussen de boekingstijd en 66 dagen voor aankomst;
- 100% van de totale huurprijs als de annulering plaatsvindt vanaf 65 dagen voor aankomst of in geval van niet op komen dagen.
Bij het boeken van deze woning ontvangt de huurder ook een annuleringsverzekering, bij de prijs inbegrepen, van ERV die o.a. ook geldig is in het geval van annulering bij een positieve Covid-19 test. Voor meer informatie over de polis en de dekking kunt u terecht op de speciale pagina hiervoor.
