Downstairs with a living room / kitchen with a dining set for 4 and a wood-burning fireplace creating atmosphere and warmth. Double bed in the bedroom, sauna (electric stove), washroom/toilet. Steep stairs to the loft, with separate beds for two. Covered terrace and garden furniture, grill available in summer.

Car heating plug for the car in front of the apartment (on the wall) Kajaani 40 km, Sotkamo 7 km. Good location next to Vuokatti's hiking and ski trails, short distance to slopes, nearest lift Caravankatti (approx. 100 m), main lift station approx. 200 m. Vuokatti Sport 500 m (shortcut). Särkinen beach 300 m.

The holiday apartment is at your disposal on the day of arrival at 16:00 and handed over on the day of departure at 12:00, also for weekend bookings. No pets.

Bed linen and final cleaning can be reserved for an additional fee.
