Short tourist rental pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2017 - Rental contract for tourist stays to be signed remotely or at check-in.
- The short rental of the villa doesn't give the right to organize events of any kind in the villa unless previously agreed in writing with the agency as provided for in point 25 of the Terms and Conditions. The use of the villa must be limited to a simple tourist stay.
Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- ** once a week (for stays of at least 7 nights): preparation of the villa for the arrival of clients
In the high season the weekly cleaning will be carried out mainly on Saturday.
Final cleaning is always included, even for stays of less than 7 nights.
- Accidental damage coverage to the property and / or furnishings
It is possible to choose between two options:
1) Purchase a non-refundable insurance coverage for a total of € 198.00 with damage coverage up to € 5,000.00;
or
2) Pay € 15.00 per person as a non-refundable security deposit to cover damages up to € 200.00 and in addition € 2,000.00 as a refundable security deposit to cover damages over € 200.00. The refundable security deposit will be returned from 2 working days after check out once the condition of the property and its furnishings has been checked.

Het saldo is verschuldigd 45 dagen voor aankomst.
Voor last-minute boekingen (binnen 45 dagen na aankomst, tenzij anders vermeld in de Reserveringsvoorwaarden van de accommodatie) moet het volledige bedrag worden betaald op het moment van reserveren.
Bij annulering van een reservering, tenzij het anders staat aangegeven in de Reserveringsvoorwaarden, ook als deze wordt vervangen door een andere reservering, dienen de volgende annuleringskosten betaald te worden:
- het percentage van het totale huurbedrag betaald tijdens het moment van boeken als aanvankelijke borg indien de annulering gemaakt wordt vanaf het moment van de reservering tot 46 dagen voor de aankomstdatum;
- 100% van het totale huurbedrag indien de annulering gemaakt wordt binnen 45 dagen tot aan de aankomstdatum of in het geval van een "no-show”.
