Beschrijving

Cabin with amenities in the middle of an old forest on the southern slope of fell Yli-Luosto near the border of the national park. Sauna facilities are renovated in 2021.

110 km to the north from Rovaniemi, located in a peaceful area of holiday cabins in Yli-Luosto.
Log cabin, built in 1996, paneled inside. Living room / kitchen with sofa bed, 2 mattresses in the loft, steep stairs to the loft, sauna with wood-burning sauna stove, washroom/WC, dressing room and covered terrace.
There is a woodshed in the yard. The cabin does not have a separate bedroom.
There is 3 km cross-country ski trail in the woods 150 meters below the cabin slope (ski trail will be maintained according to the weather conditions). 4 km distance to the official ski trail network, connecting trail (250 m from the cabin), ski trail network in Pyhä-Luosto will be maintained on week 7, please check the current situation from the monitoring service.
The main slopes of Luosto 8 km, as well as hotels, restaurants and program services.
Amethyst mine 15 km. Pyhä-Luosto National Park, approx. 500 m. This cabin is an ideal base for hikers and joggers.
35 km to Sodankylä and Pyhä.
