5.5 room apartment (7 beds) on the second floor of a two-family house. Central location in the middle of Falera near the village shop near Postbank and Tourist office. Nice view of the mountains, bus stop to the chair lift in front of the house. Walkway to the valley station 200 meters. One single and three double bedrooms, the master bedroom with washbasin. The bedrooms are equipped with a carpet. From the winter season 2018/19 we can offer you a parking space in front of the house. However, should it have enormous amounts of snow, no parking spaces will be available. Additional vehicles may be parked at the communal parking lot at the village entrance at your own expense. The weekly price is CHF 37.00 (as of winter 2018) Pets are not allowed NEW: WLAN Bed linen CHF 15.00 per person, basic cleaning CHF 180.00 and tourist taxes are included in the total price. Kitchen towels provided. Terry towels are not provided by the landlord.

In December 2016 completely renovated apartment. 3 double rooms and 1 single room. A double bedroom with washbasin. All rooms have a wardrobe. The rooms are equipped with a carpet, living room with parquet. Small living room with TV. New with WLAN. A bathroom with shower and toilet / washbasin. An additional bathroom with WC / washbasin. Large kitchen with dining table, ceramic hob, large refrigerator, dishwasher, new: Nespresso coffee machine, oven, raclette oven and a cheese set. Ski storage in the basement. Kitchen towels are provided. Bath linen is available on request and must be reserved at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. CHF 10.00 per person will be charged on arrival.
Towels are not included in the rate. Please bring your own. Arrival time: earliest 2pm Departure time: latest 10 am
