75 km east of Mikkeli, lake Saimaa 50 m, hard, sloping sand / gravel bottom, rowing boat.

Log cottage built in 1999, downstairs kitchen, living room (TV), bedroom with double bed, washroom, sauna (electric stove), toilet and covered porch. Upstairs (child gate) bedroom with 3 beds, a lounge (TV) with sofa bed for one, balcony.

Separate lakeside sauna (22 m²) built in 2018, sauna (wood stove), washroom and fireplace room with sofa bed (two alternative extra beds). Large terrace with integrated wood fired hot tub (additional service, cost 99 €) and barbecue hut.

The water comes to sauna from a pump in the lake. In winter if there is really cold the use of pump cannot be guaranteed and you might have to carry the water from the lake. Hot tub is not in use during the cold season.

In the yard a playground for children. Pirttiniemi is a nice cottage for a comfortable holiday. Fits well especially for families with children. From the courtyard you can see a nice scenery to Saimaa. The cottage has games for indoor and outdoor use.

From the lakeside sauna's terrace it is nice to watch eg. the passing boat traffic. In the barbecue hut you can prepare some nice barbecue food. Good fishing waters at your fingertips.
