Welcome to beautiful Halland and to this great holiday home, set on an elevated plot overlooking the sea. The house features a large, wooden terrace with a swimming pool and comfortable outdoor furniture.


The house is tastefully decorated and features an open-plan living room/ kitchen, with all the amenities you need, including a dishwasher. The living room has a lovely wood-burning stove, a TV, and a DVD-player. There are three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed in each, the third bedroom has a single bed and an extra bed ( a sofa bed). There are two bathrooms, one with a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a bath tub. The second bathroom features a WC, a washbasin, a washing machine and a dryer.


The house is set at the end of a cul-de-sac and the garden is secluded, which makes for a very peaceful, private environment. The sea is only 700 metres from the house.


The town of Varberg is nearby, as is the big city of Göteborg (48 kilometres, less than an hour by car).
