Beschrijving

57 km east of Jyväskylä, lake Kuuhankavesi 40 m (7 km long, 2 km wide), shallow, hard gravel bottom, own rowing boat.

Wooden three storey villa, built in 2004.
In the middle floor living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed and cot for baby, toilet, children's playroom, hallway and terrace with barbecue.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a toilet with walk-in shower. Bedroom 1: 2 beds, bedroom 2: 2 beds, Bedroom 3: double bed and one extra bed (80 x 200 cm mattress on the floor). On the ground floor sauna, utility room, lounge with pool table.

Lakeshore sauna with a wood-fired stove. There is no shower in the sauna, the water has to be carried. The sauna has a great view of the lake.

Next to the sauna is wood fired hot tub which is available all year round. There is own water tap from where the tub water is taken.

In the yard there is a carport. A sandbox, a playhouse and a swing for children.

There is also a garage in the yard that is not available to tenants (not used during your stay). The villa is located in a quiet residential area. A sunny slope plot.

Ski Resort Häkärinteet 15 km, Recreation Center Revontuli 15 km. At the Revontuli there is a golf course and bowling alleys. There is also a couple dancing restaurant in Revontuli.
