Voor annuleringen geldt het volgende: boekingen die tot 60 dagen voor aankomst worden geannuleerd, kunnen kosteloos worden geannuleerd, hoewel een administratiekosten van CHF 100,00 worden ingehouden. Bij annulering minder dan 60 dagen voor aankomst hebben gasten het recht een vervangend huurder voor te stellen, mits deze door de verhuurder als redelijk en financieel solvabel wordt beoordeeld. De vervangend huurder neemt het contract onder dezelfde voorwaarden over, en beide partijen zijn hoofdelijk aansprakelijk voor het huurbedrag. Het moment waarop de annuleringsmelding door de verhuurder of het boekingskantoor wordt ontvangen, is bepalend voor de toepasselijke annuleringskosten; voor meldingen ontvangen op zaterdag, zondag of feestdagen geldt de volgende werkdag. Bij voortijdige beëindiging van de huurperiode blijft het volledige huurbedrag verschuldigd.
