Podere San Giuseppe is een ruim en comfortabel vakantiehuis gelegen in het glooiende Toscaanse landschap van Colle Di Val D'Elsa. Het pand bestaat uit een hoofdgebouw en een afzonderlijk bijgebouw, op ongeveer 7 km van het centrum van Colle Di Val D'Elsa en slechts 100 meter van de bosrand. De ligging is afgelegen en zonnig, omgeven door bomen die een rustige en herstellende sfeer creëren. Het landgoed beschikt over een ruim privézwembad van 6 x 12 meter.
Buitenruimtes
Het zwembad meet 6 x 12 meter, is omheind en beschikbaar van 15 mei tot 30 september; een bijgebouw voor het zwembad en een buitendouche bevinden zich in de buurt. Een ruim terras en patio zijn voorzien van tuinmeubilair en nodigen uit tot buitendinen en ontspanning. Een barbecueplaats is aanwezig; een tafeltennistafel biedt recreatiemogelijkheden. De tuin is in natuurlijke staat onderhouden en wordt omgeven door bos, wat een serene achtergrond vormt.

Het vakantiehuis is uitgerust met centrale verwarming en airconditioning. Wi-Fi is beschikbaar tijdens het verblijf. Er is een parkeerplaats ter plaatse. De toegangsweg naar het pand is ongeveer 1 km lang en heeft een onregelmatig oppervlak; het gebruik van een auto wordt sterk aanbevolen. Babyuitrusting is inbegrepen in de huur zonder extra kosten. Here guests are welcomed into six charming units that reflect a rare and authentic form of hospitality: the Albergo diffuso—literally, a ‘scattered hotel’. Developed in Italy, this model revitalizes once-abandoned villages by blending comfort with local tradition in a truly immersive experience- in fact the "borgo" is a shared community between locals that live here permanently, and travelers that was born in the late 1980's.
Our collaboration with this placa was born to promote a network of local chefs, farmers, winemakers, guides, and hospitality professionals — all working together to create meaningful moments that we hope will make your stay one to remember.
