Het Linearis is een landelijk herenhuis gelegen in het district Linari in hartje Toscane, in de buurt van Barberino Val d'Elsa. Het pand omvat 9 individueel ingerichte appartementen en ligt op een verhoogde positie met uitzicht over het Toscaanse landschap. Het terrein strekt zich uit over meer dan 10.000 vierkante meter en wordt omgeven door bomen, weilanden en wijngaarden. De eigenaar woont ter plaatse en draagt bij aan een gastvrije sfeer.
Buitenruimtes
Het terrein van meer dan 10.000 vierkante meter wordt zorgvuldig onderhouden en biedt gasten volop mogelijkheden om van de natuurlijke omgeving te genieten. Schitterend kasteel uit de 12de eeuw, gerestaureerd in 1600 in opdracht van de adellijke familie Acciaioli met magnifieke toren die gebouwd werd naar het architectonische model van de toren van Palazzo Vecchio te Florence.
Het kasteel ligt op een groot landgoed bebouwd met wijn- en olijfboomgaarden.
Afstanden: Montagnana V.P. met kruideniers 1 km, Montespertoli met allerlei winkels ong. 5 km, Florence 20 km, Pisa ong. 70 km.
Er is een bushalte vlakbij het Kasteel zodat men ook zonder auto Florence kan bereiken. In Montespertoli zijn fietsen en scooters te huur.
Ter beschikking van de gasten: groot terrasvormig park met tuinmeubilair en tafeltennis, prachtige Italiaanse tuinen uit de 18de eeuw met citroenbomen en gracieus zwembad (12 x 6 m – open van 01/04 tot 31/10).
De receptie is geopend van 9.00 tot 12.30 uur en van 14.30 tot 18.30 uur. Ook de bijgebouwen van het kasteel zijn gerestaureerd en onderverdeeld in gracieuze appartementen. Het kasteel wordt door de familie Posarelli zelf beheerd.
Er is een goed restaurant waar typisch Toscaanse gerechten bereid worden (geopend van april tot oktober, elke avond behalve dinsdag). WiFi internet beschikbaar bij de receptie en in het restaurant.

Villa Leonardo da Fornia is een groot en uitnodigend vrijstaand huis gelegen in het landelijke gebied van Capraia E Limite in Toscane, op een hoogte van 400 meter boven zeeniveau. Het huis werd oorspronkelijk in 1950 gebouwd en grondig gerenoveerd in 2000, waardoor klassieke kenmerken met moderne comfort zijn gecombineerd. De villa ligt omgeven door bomen en wijngaarden in het rustige district Fornia, ongeveer 5 km van het centrum van Fornia, en geniet van een stille en zonnige ligging. Dit agriturismo ligt in het glooiende Toscaanse landschap van Londa, op 500 meter hoogte, en biedt een authentiek Italiaans plattelandsverblijf. Het pand is op een heuvel gelegen en bestaat uit 4 appartementen omgeven door de natuurlijke schoonheid van de Florentijnse heuvels. Het landgoed beschikt over een omheinde tuin van 1 hectare, ideaal voor wandelingen en momenten van rust in de open lucht.
Buitenruimtes
De omheinde tuin strekt zich uit over 1 hectare goed onderhouden grond en biedt ruime ruimte voor ontspanning en buitenactiviteiten. Het omheinde zwembad meet 15 x 3 meter met een diepte van 120 tot 220 cm en is beschikbaar van 1 mei tot 15 oktober; het wordt regelmatig onderhouden door de eigenaar en tuinman. Een buitendouche bevindt zich in de buurt van het zwembadgebied en tuinmeubilair staat ter beschikking van gasten. De verhoogde positie op de heuvel biedt uitzichten over het omringende landschap.
Praktische informatie
Het agriturismo beschikt over Wi-Fi en een laadstation voor elektrische voertuigen. Parkeerplaatsen zijn ter plaatse beschikbaar. Een receptie is aanwezig op het complex. Het historische centrum van Rufina is 14 km verwijderd; de stad Fiesole kan in ongeveer 38 km worden bereikt en Florence ligt op 40 km van het landgoed. Villa Torresassa is een vrijstaande villa gelegen in het oude dorp Iano, in het hart van de Chianti-heuvels in Toscane. Het pand werd in 2008 gebouwd en staat op een hoogte van 250 meter boven zeeniveau op een zacht hellende helling, op slechts 10 km van het centrum van Montaione. De villa maakt deel uit van een gedeeld landgoed van 3 hectare omheind terrein, wat een uitzonderlijke mate van privacy en ruimte biedt. Het meest kenmerkende element is het privé zwembad van 12 x 6 meter met een uniforme diepte van 140 cm, beschikbaar van 25 april tot 30 oktober.

Casa Felice is the ideal place for families and groups of friends. In the large garden shaded by a huge centuries-old oak and olive trees there are the swimming pool (size 9x4 m. - depth 1,50 m. - open from 01st May to 30th September) the barbecue, tables, chairs and umbrellas. You will find the Agriturismo Le Balze in the heart of the Alto Valdarno, at the foot of Pratomagno, and 2 km from the small village of Castelfranco di Sopra. All around is a natural landscape of rare beauty, which will captivate you from the first moment, characterised by the presence of the 'Balze', secular examples of erosion that over the years have formed towers and rocky blades that rise majestically in the valley bottom.
In about 30 minutes by car you will be able to reach Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance. City of the ancient Medici family, a heritage not to be missed, with its artistic masterpieces, the colourful marble of the churches and the lofty architecture, the ancient bridges over the Arno river and the majestic noble palaces with their immense gardens adorned with fountains, sculptures, grottoes, staircases and paths.
The villa is divided into three independent flats, in one of which on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with a bathroom suitable for persons with disabilities. The structure was born from the recovery of old farm outbuildings close to the main house where the owners live, who will be, albeit in a discreet manner, a point of reference for all your needs.
The owners, thanks to careful renovation using traditional materials such as wood, terracotta and stone and comfortable furnishings, have ensured that the villa is perfect for spending a comfortable and restful holiday.
Villa Le Balze overlooks on one side a wooden porch, equipped with table and chairs and perfect for your dinners and evenings in company, and the lush garden where you will have a barbecue and a table tennis. At Agriturismo Le Balze you can taste and purchase excellent wine and extra-virgin olive oil, vegetables, fruit, and all the products of the farm. In addition, on the ground floor of the house where the owners live you will find a small restaurant (maximum 25 seats), open both to the public and to guests of the villa.
