Welcome to enjoy a holiday or an extended stay at this unique seaside destination, nestled in a sheltered bay in Hujunperä, Kustavi. Completed in 2025.
The complex consists of a 96 m² main villa, a 14 m² guesthouse, and a 26 m² seaside sauna. This carefully designed ensemble invites you to relax and unwind. The main building, guesthouse, and the atmospheric sauna form a stylish and functional setting that combines modern comfort with the authentic spirit of the archipelago.
The cottage has a bright and spacious living area that seamlessly connects the kitchen and living room. Large windows offer a breathtaking view of the west to the sea, especially the sunsets here are unparalleled. The well-equipped kitchen and large dining area create the perfect setting for social moments.
The villa features three bedrooms with sleeping space for six. The main bedroom includes a double bed (160×200 cm). The second bedroom has two single beds (90×200 cm), and the third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed (upper bed 80 × 200 cm, lower bed 120×200 cm). All bedrooms are fitted with sound-insulated doors.
The guesthouse has two separate bedrooms. One room sleeps three with a bunk bed and an additional single bed. The other room accommodates two guests in twin beds.
Just off the living room/kitchen, you’ll find a covered 38 m² terrace with a gas grill, a dining table with ten chairs, a small refrigerator, and a special feature: a retractable windscreen that can be raised from 1.0 m to 1.9 m to protect against sea breezes.
By the water’s edge, the traditional wood-heated sauna promises unforgettable experiences — direct sea views and a comfortable living area make every sauna session a delight. The sauna includes two separate showers and a WC. The cozy living area is equipped for longer stays. On the sauna terrace, you can cool off or relax in the hot tub, adding a luxurious touch to your stay.
The sauna's living area includes a sofa bed that converts into a 160×200 cm bed for two. A fridge-freezer is also available. The cabin is heated by an eco-friendly air-to-water heat pump. Villa Haave

This magnificent 420 m² villa, located on its own peninsula on the island Heisala in Parainen, offers an unforgettable archipelago experience. Built in 1950 and renovated in 2022, the villa exudes an authentic maritime atmosphere, surrounded by breathtaking views of the Archipelago Sea. Here, you can enjoy the peace and privacy of nature in complete tranquility.
The villa is easily accessible – the ferry ride takes only about 15 minutes. The location is excellent: 42 km to Turku and approximately 170 km to Helsinki. This destination provides the perfect escape from everyday life, combining the beauty of the archipelago with a hassle-free vacation, whether for family gatherings or corporate events. The owner offers various additional services, including catering.
The ground floor of the villa features a separate kitchen, a dining room, a living room, an accessible bathroom, and two bedrooms. One of the downstairs bedrooms has two beds, while the captain’s room has one bed. The upper floor has five bedrooms, each with three separate beds, as well as two spacious bathrooms with a shower and WC.
A 75 m² sauna building is located right by the sea. The wood-heated sauna has a separate washing area with two showers, as well as a small kitchen and a dressing room. The large terrace features a seawater hot tub, available year-round, and there is also an opportunity for winter swimming. In addition to the pier, the shoreline includes a gently sloping sandy beach. Kapteenin Huvilat
