2-storey stone-built villa 2004, on the ground floor kitchen, large living room (fireplace), library room with 2 beds, room with hydro massage bath, sauna (electric stove), washroom (2 showers), dressing room, toilet. From sauna exit to the terrace, entrance hall.

A cozy cabin (195 m²) by the sea. The cabin features a spacious living room, a large dining area accommodating 14 people, and a well-equipped kitchen. The fireplace room boasts a warm ambiance with a heat-retaining fireplace.
The bathroom includes 3 showers. A spacious sauna features an electric sauna stove.
On the ground floor, two bedrooms, each with three beds. On the upper floor, three bedrooms. Upper floor bedroom 1: 2 beds, Bedroom 2: 3 beds, Bedroom 3: 3 beds. Additionally, one bed in the upper floor hall. The cabin has a total of 15 beds.
A charcoal grill (client has to bring his own barbeque coals.) and garden furniture are available on the terrace.
A highchair and a travel crib are available upon advance request at no extra charge.
Pets are allowed but are not permitted on sofas or beds. If pets relieve themselves in the yard, the tenant must clean up after them.
By the shore, there is a spacious cooking hut and a shallow swimming spot for shared use among the cabins in the area.
A 150 m² lakeside sauna can be rented separately from April to September, only for full-day use. There are two hot tubs and two spacious saunas, both of which have their own washroom, and a shared spacious living room and small kitchen. The rental price is 600-1000 e, depending on the number of people and how many hot tubs and saunas are rented. The rent is agreed directly with the owner on the spot. Cozy and spacious Villa Eriksberg on the island of Kråkö by the sea. There is a bridge connection to the island. From the villa's living room there is a direct view of the sea. There is also two large sea side terraces, where you can enjoy the sun throughout the day. 15 km south of Porvoo, Suomenlahti 40 m, deep clay bottom, pier. Rowing boat shared with another villa. The draft of the fairway is approx. 1.5 m.
Two-story wooden villa 2012, downstairs living room (TV), kitchen, bedroom with double bed, washroom/toilet, utility room (washing machine and dryer). Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, all with a double bed, two with one separate bed, sofa bed for two and TV in the hall, toilet, sauna (electric heater), 2 showers in the washroom, dressing room, balcony for cooling off. A new beach sauna with a swimming pool has been built next to the villa, and the use of the guest villa is included in the price. There is a small kitchen, 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), 3 showers, 2 toilets, a sauna with a wood-burning stove, a lounge and a heated swimming pool (available from May to October).
There is an 8-person hot tub available for rent at 250 e/weekend or 350 e/week incl. towels between 1.6. and 1.11. The hot tyb is rented already filled and heated (it will be heated by four o'clock on the day of arrival, the customer will take care of the further heating of the palju himself). The price includes 3 carrying baskets of firewood. The reservation must be made two weeks before arrival.
A SUP board is also available for rent for 150 euros. The ferry must be booked no later than two weeks before the start of the holiday.
Note! The property is rented only to families, couples and other people who are spending a peaceful vacation. The property is not rented to groups of people under the age of 25.
