Beschrijving
Villa Mosaic is a spacious holiday home located in the area of Son Parc in the north of Menorca.
The property offer a big grass garden with the swimming pool (50m2) for a refreshing bath, a terrace with sunbeds and several chill areas like a gazebo with table and chairs, sun umbrella where to read a book on the shadow and a huge covered terrace, with the BBQ area and another dining area for al fresco dinners. There is also an outdoor bar where to prepare greats aperitif for the friends and the family and a shower.
Directly connected with the external terrace ,the living room , bright thanks to the external light, with sofas, TV and dining area. In a separated room the fully equipped kitchen with the refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine and all the necessary to prepare delicious meals, the kitchen has a direct access to outside.
Villa Mosaic can accommodate 9 person with its 5 charming bedrooms, all with the direct access to the terrace, air conditioning, dressing room and fan, they are divided as follow:

Villa Golf is located in the south east of Menorca, in the area of St Luis, it was an agricultural Finca, renovated around the year 2000.
With an unique charm and beautiful landscapes it is surrounded of many services and attractions, to spend and unforgettable holiday in the Island.
This property can be rented with the near Villa Dolores and accommodate up 14 person.
Villa Golf is immersed in several acres of land and a beautiful grass garden, Mediterranean plants and vegetables are produced directly like olive oil and honey. In addiction guests will find more than 500 olive trees and 2 hectares of vineyard. There is also a cactus park a chess set, a lovely walking trial (which arrive directly to the old cave).
The outdoor areas hosts also the swimming pool 18x8 mt, a terrace with sunbeds, a spacious shaded gazebo with the Jacuzzi and chill areas for relaxing moments and a covered terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dinners, there is also a BBQ area.
Moving inside, Villa Golf offer incredible air conditioned interiors, on the ground floor a large entrance with a meeting room, a very luminous living room with fireplace, cozy sofas, play table and the sound system, the ideal place where to spend time all together. In a separated room the dining area with table and chairs, and the fully equipped kitchen.
At the same floor is located also the laundry room and two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom.
