Villa Davide is een uitzonderlijke vakantievilla gelegen in de heuvels tussen Sorrento en Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, in het hart van Italië's meest gevierde kustlandschap. De villa biedt een panoramisch uitzicht over de gehele Golf van Napels met de Vesuvius op de voorgrond en fungeert als ideaal uitgangspunt voor verkenning van de Amalfikust en de bredere Golf van Napels. Villa Silvia is een villa gelegen enkele kilometers van het historische centrum van Syracuse, in het hart van Sicilië, Italië. Het pand beslaat meer dan 400 vierkante meter en bestaat uit een hoofdhuis en 2 onafhankelijke bijgebouwen, met een totale slaapplaatscapaciteit van 13 gasten, inclusief 1 slaapbank. De villa biedt een verfijnd en geavanceerd verblijf, waarin moderne architectuur wordt gecombineerd met adembenemend zeezicht dat vanaf meerdere punten op het terrein kan worden bewonderd. Het omringende terrein is goed onderhouden en voorzien van een verwarmde zoutwaterzwembad zonder chloor, dat het middelpunt van het buitenleven vormt.
Buitenruimtes

Afstanden en bezienswaardigheden

Een rotsachtig strand is bereikbaar binnen 500 meter, terwijl een zandstrand zich ongeveer 5 kilometer verderop bevindt. Een delicatessenzaak ligt op slechts 200 meter van het pand, en een restaurant bevindt zich binnen 700 meter.
Syracuse, met zijn volledige aanbod van winkels, banken, restaurants en dagelijkse markt, ligt ongeveer 10 tot 11 kilometer verderop. De haven van Syracuse bevindt zich op 14 kilometer afstand, terwijl het treinstation en het ziekenhuis van Syracuse beide binnen 12 tot 13 kilometer liggen.
Ortigia, de barokke steden van de Noto Valley en de natuurreservaten Cavagrande del Cassibile en Vendicari zijn bereikbaar met een korte rit.
