The beach area is currently being renovated, and when it is completed in 2026, the area will be even more comfortable. The cabin features three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two separate 90 cm wide single beds. Het interieur is warm en uitnodigend ingericht met een comfortabele woonkamer met zithoek, televisie en een warmte-opslag open haard, een ruime eethoek en een goed uitgeruste kitchenette met keramische kookplaat, vaatwasser, koelkast-vriezer, magnetron en koffiezetapparaat. De slaapaccommodatie bevindt zich in de zolder met een tweepersoonsbed en 2 eenpersoonsbedden; op de begane grond zijn een sauna met elektrische kachel en een wasruimte met douche, toilet en wasmachine aanwezig.
Buitenruimtes
Het blokhuis beschikt over een ruim zonneterras en een 15 m² glazen terras voor buitendinen en ontspanning. De uitgebreide tuin biedt voldoende ruimte voor recreatieve activiteiten; badmintonrackets en shuttles zijn beschikbaar. Aan de oever van het meer, op slechts 40 meter van het huis, bevinden zich een ondiep zandstrand, een privésteiger en een roeiboot. Een zomerkeuken en een roostvuur zijn eveneens aan de oever gelegen. De aan het meer gelegen, met hout gestookte sauna wordt gedeeld met het naastgelegen huis en kan in 2-uurs sessies worden gereserveerd; het gebruik is inbegrepen in de huurprijs en water wordt rechtstreeks uit het meer gehaald voor een authentieke Finse saunabeleving.
Praktische informatie
Het blokhuis wordt verwarmd door een combinatie van een warmte-opslag open haard en een lucht-warmtepomp. Een extra slaapkamer in de voormalige schuur met een tweepersoonsbed en toilet is beschikbaar van 15 mei tot 31 september. De met hout gestookte sauna aan het meer wordt gedeeld met het naastgelegen huis en kan in 2-uurs intervallen worden gereserveerd; het gebruik is volledig inbegrepen in de huur. Een aluminium boot met 5 pk buitenboordmotor kan rechtstreeks bij de eigenaar worden gehuurd; alle regelingen hiervoor worden rechtstreeks met de eigenaar gemaakt. Huisdieren zijn welkom.

Welcome to Syöte! This spacious and atmospheric holiday home is located just 2.5 kilometers from the Syöte ski resort, so access to the slopes and trails is easy. Built in 1992 and renovated in 2021, the detached house offers approximately 160 square meters of well-equipped holiday atmosphere on one level. The house is heated by geothermal heat.
The large living room has plenty of space for socializing, and the separate kitchen invites you to cook even with a larger group. The three bedrooms are conveniently located in the same hallway, and each has a 160 cm wide double bed - the perfect solution for a family or group of friends. The rooms are connected by a convenient hallway with a separate toilet.
The sauna is heated by an electric heater, and there is another toilet in the washroom. A washing machine and dryer await you in the utility room, so even a longer holiday will go smoothly. Outside in the yard there is an atmospheric barbecue hut, where you can spend the evening even when the winter evening is getting dark.
Pets are welcome for an additional fee.

Located 85 km north of Joensuu and 21 km south of Lieksa, the cabin is set 25 m from Lake Pielinen, featuring a gentle rocky bottom and a small sandy area. The rock may be slippery at times, and a rowing boat is available.
This planed log cabin was built in 2001 and includes a living room, combined kitchen/living room, and a toilet. There are three bedrooms along the hallway, each with two beds.
