This peaceful 36 m² corner apartment is located on the top (4th) floor of a building with an elevator. No shared walls with neighbors. The apartment features a combined kitchen and living room area, a separate bedroom with a double bed (can be separated into two single beds), and a sofa bed (140 cm) in the living room. The compact bathroom includes a sauna and toilet.

Een meer-sauna voor maximaal 3 personen met kleedkamer is rechtstreeks bij de eigenaar te huur en is beschikbaar van 1 mei tot 31 oktober; deze is voorzien van batterijverlichting en water wordt volgens traditionele Finse sauna-gebruik uit het meer gehaald. Reservering en betaling van de meer-sauna worden rechtstreeks met de eigenaar geregeld.
Afstanden en bezienswaardigheden
Het dorp Koli ligt op 4,5 km afstand en biedt toegang tot lokale diensten, restaurants en buitenactiviteiten. Het meer Jerojärvi bevindt zich ongeveer 200 meter van de hut en is gemakkelijk bereikbaar voor zwemmen, vissen en ontspanning aan het water. Het Koli Nationaal Park, een van Finlands meest iconische natuurgebieden, is goed bereikbaar en trekt het hele jaar door bezoekers met zijn dramatische landschappen, gemarkeerde wandelroutes en panoramische uitzichten over het meer Pielinen.
