"Residenza del Pascià" is een groot en verfijnd vakantiehuis gelegen op een verhoogde positie aan de hellingen boven het dorpje Gonte in Noord-Italië. Het pand bevindt zich ongeveer 300 meter van het centrum van Oggebbio en slechts 100 meter van de oevers van het meer. De woning maakt deel uit van een prestigieuze residentie met meerdere gebouwen die elegant langs de helling zijn gerangschikt en naar het meer afzakken. Gasten hebben toegang tot een gedeeld park en een grote, goed onderhouden tuin met weelderige gazons en volwassen bomen.
Buitenruimtes
Het zwembad meet 18 x 8 meter en is beschikbaar van 15 juni tot 15 september voor gedeeld gebruik; een apart kinderzwembad bevindt zich eveneens op het terrein. Een buitendouche is aanwezig in de buurt van het zwembad. Het gedeelde park en de uitgebreide tuin met verzorgde gazons en gevestigde bomen bieden een rustige omgeving voor ontspanning.
