In addition, there is a high-quality air-filled mattress with a mattress pad for one. The villa also has a wood-heated sauna, washroom with shower, and WC.

Het vakantiehuis ligt op slechts 60 m van de oevers van het meer Lohjanjärvi, het grootste meer in het district Uusimaa, dat zich uitstrekt over ongeveer 10 bij 10 km. Het meer heeft een ondiep zand- en grindbodem dicht bij de oever en diepere kleigedeelten verder uit, wat het geschikt maakt voor verschillende wateractiviteiten. Het vakantiehuis beschikt over een ruim terrasgedeelte dat als natuurlijke uitbreiding van de leefruimte dient. Vanaf het terras kunnen gasten rechtstreeks naar het meerstrand gaan, gelegen op ongeveer 100 m afstand via een hellend terrein met steile trappen. Het strand heeft een zachte bodem; zwemmen rechtstreeks vanaf de oever is mogelijk, maar de privésteiger biedt de meest comfortabele en gemakkelijke toegang tot het water.
