Villa Karhenhelmi is a high-quality villa located in Karhe, Ylöjärvi, by the shores of Lake Karhejärvi, 35 km northwest of Tampere. This modern villa accommodates up to 9 guests. For a peaceful night's sleep, the villa offers three separate bedrooms with a total of seven high-quality beds (plus a baby crib) and a sauna's living area with a sofa bed for two. A spacious 80 m² terrace crowns a hydro massage bath, the use of which is included in the rental price.
Lake Karhejärvi is rich in fish, and preparing your catch – such as pike-perch, pike, or perch – on the villa’s gas grill is a delightful experience. A fishing permit for the lake is included in the rent. During the summer, the best way to explore the scenery is from the lake, using the rowing boat or the two SUP boards provided as part of the rental. Guests also have free access to a large trampoline. Additionally, the owner offers two e-bikes for rent upon request.
The wood-heated sauna with opposite-facing benches provides gentle heat, and the lake is just steps away via a clean, well-maintained wooden path. The hard, gently sloping sandy beach with a dock is only 20 meters from the villa, perfect for swimming.
The villa is equipped with a wide range of modern amenities, including three showers and three WCs, high-speed wireless internet, and three Smart TVs. It is also well-suited for remote work. The property features an 8A charging station for electric vehicles.
Final cleaning is always included in the rental price. During the summer season from midsummer to mid-August (weeks 25–33), weekly reservations include pre-made bed linens (for up to 9 people) and bathrobes. For shorter stays and other times of the year, bed linens can be ordered as an additional service.
You can also arrange high-quality catering and activity services at the villa – ask for more details. A similar sister villa, Villa Karhentimantti (17283), is next door. Villa Aura is a new cozy cabin on a sunny plot by lake Ilmoilanselkä. From the balcony on the terrace, you can watch the passing boat traffic. The beautiful lake scenery can also be seen from the large windows. The cabin's three separate bedrooms and new, high-quality Yankee beds enable a peaceful place to sleep during your vacation. The house is heated by an air-to-water heat pump, which can also be used to cool the cabin. The interior space is comfortably cool even in the summer heat.

Villa Iloinen is a cosily furnished, spacious cottage with good facilities for spending your vacation. The sleeping places are divided into three floors, so you can easily find a quiet place to sleep in the cabin. Due to the good level of equipment, separate sleeping places and good transit connection the cottage is also suitable for business travel.
35 km southwest of Tampere, Pyhäjärvi 40 m, deep and hard clay beach. Own pier (the water depth at the end of the pier is 2 m), and rowing boat. Log cabin (2019), kitchen on the living floor, living room with a reserve fireplace, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, separate toilet, covered terrace.

Dit houten vakantiehuis ligt in het landelijke Kangasala in Finland en biedt een authentiek verblijf aan het meer voor wie rust en natuurlijke schoonheid zoekt. Het huis werd in 1989 gebouwd en staat op een rotsachtige heuvel met uitzicht op het prachtige meer Roinejärvi. Het biedt comfortabel onderdak voor maximaal 10 gasten verdeeld over 4 slaapkamers: 3 kamers met elk 2 bedden en 1 kamer met 2 bedden plus 2 extra bedden. Het interieur beschikt over een gecombineerde keuken en woonkamer als hart van het huis, aangevuld met een wasruimte en een elektrische sauna. Het vakantiehuis ligt ongeveer 25 km zuidoost van Tampere.
Buitenruimtes
Het meer Roinejärvi, dat zich op slechts 140 m van het huis bevindt, is 10 km lang en 5 km breed en kenmerkt zich door ondiep water en een stevige zandkleibodem, wat het bijzonder geschikt maakt voor zwemmen en wateractiviteiten. Gasten hebben exclusief gebruik van een privéboot om het meer naar believen te verkennen. Een open veranda breidt de leefruimte naar buiten uit en biedt een rustige plek om van het omringende landschap te genieten. Een aparte sauna aan het meer, gelegen op ongeveer 110 m van het hoofdhuis, is het hele jaar beschikbaar en is voorzien van een houtkachel, een hartekamer met koelkast, een wasruimte, een kleedkamer, een douche en een toilet. De oever is bereikbaar via een weg op ongeveer 150 m van het huis en is ook per auto toegankelijk tijdens de zomermaanden. Houten trappen leiden rechtstreeks naar de oever, hoewel deze steil zijn en in natte omstandigheden glad kunnen worden; deze trappen zijn niet in gebruik tijdens de winter.
Praktische informatie
Het huis staat op een rotsachtige heuvel met een natuurlijke helling naar de oever. Voor gemakkelijke toegang en veiligheid, vooral voor gasten met mobiliteitsbeperkingen of bij slecht weer, wordt aanbevolen de weg naar de oever te gebruiken in plaats van de houten trappen. De sauna aan het meer is het hele jaar beschikbaar en biedt een traditionele Finse saunaervaring.
Afstanden en bezienswaardigheden
Tampere, een van Finlands levendigste steden met een breed aanbod aan culturele, culinaire en commerciële attracties, ligt ongeveer 25 km zuidoost van het huis. A large former logging camp located on the banks of the Liesijoki River, next to Seitseminen National Park, 56 km north of Tampere. The original cabin was built by Kalle Päätalo, but the main building burned down and was later replaced with a new one. The stable building constructed by Kalle Päätalo still remains. The house was fully renovated in 2021, and the riverside sauna was renovated in the spring of 2022.
This spacious rental cabin has four bedrooms. The first bedroom includes two beds and a bunk bed for two, the second has five bunk beds accommodating 11 people, the third has two bunk beds for five people, and the fourth has two beds. The fireplace/TV room features one bunk bed for two and a corner sofa. The updated kitchen and large dining/living area can accommodate the entire group to eat together. There are 2 indoor WCs and 2 showers.
By the river, there is an atmospheric wood-heated sauna with a washing area with two showers, a fireplace room, and a large terrace extending over the river.
There is a dock for swimming, but no boat is provided. The rocky, flowing riverbank is unsuitable for small children. Approx. 1.5 km away, there is a swimming area with a beautiful sandy beach and a lean-to shelter, shared with three cabins at Alainen-Särkilampi pond.
The property also includes the old stable building, Kallen Talli 17367. By renting this additional cabin, the two properties can accommodate up to 34 people.
The landlord reserves the right to charge a 300 EUR security deposit, which will be refunded to the tenant's bank account after the rental period, provided the property is in good condition and all items are intact. Jauli
