Mooi boerenbedrijf met 6 gerestaureerde appartementen gelegen in de heuvels van de Chianti streek, op korte afstand van het dorp Mercatale met alle winkels en 22 km van Florence verwijderd. Dit landgoed heeft grote buitenruimtes en een mooi panoramisch gelegen zwembad met een schitterend uitzicht over de omliggende wijngaarden (dat excellente wijnen voortbrengt). Alle appartementen hebben een aangenaam interieur in een rustieke stijl. De appartementen Tenuta 1 en 2 liggen ca. 50 m. van het zwembad verwijderd, terwijl de overige dichterbij zijn gelegen. At Agriturismo Le Balze you can taste and purchase excellent wine and extra-virgin olive oil, vegetables, fruit, and all the products of the farm. In addition, on the ground floor of the house where the owners live you will find a small restaurant (maximum 25 seats), open both to the public and to guests of the villa.
