Het pand wordt bereikt via een steile en smalle toegangsweg die tot op ongeveer 30 meter van het terrein voert. De buitenkant van "Gädi" sluit aan bij de traditionele architectuur van de regio; de verhoogde ligging op een helling biedt privacy en een intieme verbinding met de natuurlijke bergomgeving rond Zermatt.
Praktische informatie
Het vakantieappartement beschikt over een centrale verwarming. Een aparte opslagruimte voor ski's is aanwezig voor gasten die met wintersportuitrusting arriveren. Het pand heeft geen lift; gasten moeten de trap gebruiken om de verschillende verdiepingen te bereiken. Taxi's en auto's kunnen niet direct voor het huis stoppen vanwege de aard van de toegangsweg.
