"Le Nuvole" is een vrijstaand landelijk vakantiehuis gelegen in het glooiende Umbrische platteland, op slechts 5 km van het charmante stadje Castiglione Del Lago. Het huis biedt een authentiek rustiek verblijf in het hart van Italië, met een wonderbaarlijk zonnige ligging die uitnodigt tot ontspanning. De accommodatie is omgeven door een volledig omheinde privétuin van 500 m² die privacy en een veilige, rustige buitenomgeving biedt.
Buitenruimtes
De privétuin van 500 m² is volledig omheind en biedt ruimte voor ontspanning in een rustige landelijke omgeving, omringd door open velden. Het zwembad meet 10 x 5 meter met een diepte van 140 cm en is beschikbaar van 15 mei tot 15 oktober; het wordt onderhouden door de tuinman van de eigenaar. Een buitendouche bevindt zich in de buurt van het zwembad. Tuinmeubilair is aanwezig voor het comfort van de gasten, en een barbecueplaats nodigt uit tot buitendinen onder de open Umbrische hemel.
Praktische informatie
De accommodatie beschikt over Wi-Fi. Parkeerplaats ter plaatse is beschikbaar via een 500 m lange onverharde weg. Een auto wordt aanbevolen gezien de landelijke ligging van het huis. Het zwembad wordt onderhouden door de eigenaar of tuinman en is beschikbaar van 15 mei tot 15 oktober.

Het vakantiehuis "Santa Cristina" ligt in de heuvels van Ficulle in Umbrië, op 430 meter hoogte. Dit gerenoveerde halfvrijstaande huis combineert rustieke charme met moderne comfort. Het pand beschikt over een gedeelde tuin van 1.000 vierkante meter en biedt een rustig verblijf in het hart van de natuur.
Buitenruimtes
Het privé bovengrondse zwembad meet 6 x 4 meter met een diepte van 120 cm en is beschikbaar van 1 mei tot 15 oktober. Een buitendouche bevindt zich in de buurt van het zwembad. Een pergola biedt een schaduwrijke plek voor ontspanning of dineren buiten; tuinmeubilair nodigt uit om te ontspannen en van het landschap te genieten. De gedeelde tuin van 1.000 vierkante meter biedt ruimte voor wandelingen en buitenactiviteiten.
Praktische informatie
Het vakantiehuis is bereikbaar via een 2 kilometer lange smalle toegangsweg. Parkeerplaats voor 2 auto's is ter plaatse beschikbaar. Wi-Fi is beschikbaar. Een auto wordt aanbevolen om het pand en de omgeving volledig te kunnen genieten, gezien de landelijke ligging. Boekingen van groepen jongeren worden niet geaccepteerd. Gasten worden verzocht de huisregels en het rustige karakter van het pand te respecteren.

Het centrum van Ficulle ligt op 1 kilometer afstand; daar bevinden zich een supermarkt, restaurant, bar en bushalte. De thermale baden van San Casciano Bagni liggen op ongeveer 29 kilometer. Where the blue of Lake Trasimeno gives way to the thousand shades of green of the rolling Umbrian hills you will find Pupa House. In a quiet residential area, set in a natural terrace shaded by ancient pines, with a breathtaking view of the lake that you can enjoy especially at sunrise and sunset but also throughout the rest of your days from the beautiful porch. This space is furnished with a sitting area, for an aperitif in front of the sunset, and with a table, chairs and barbecue for your outdoor family dinners or barbecues on cool summer evenings.
The villa is divided into two independent apartments, one of which is inhabited by the owner.
The characteristic village of San Feliciano is 1.5 km away and can be reached by a short walk. Here you will find small shops for basic necessities, but above all you will have the opportunity to have lunch or dinner along the lake, with Isola Polvese as a backdrop. In Magione, about 5 km away, you will find supermarkets and shops of all kinds, and in Corciano a large shopping centre.
Lake Trasimeno, with its small towns, water sports opportunities and equipped beaches, is waiting to be discovered. In a little more than an hour you can make the complete tour by car, or better still enjoy a boat trip to Isola Maggiore, with its small fishing village, an activity that is also perfect for your children.
The large swimming pool will be at your disposal (size 12x6 m, depth 0.60-2 - open from 15 May to 30 September); occasionally it is also used by the owner who will be, albeit very discreetly, an excellent point of reference in case of need. You will have your own private space for your car within the fully fenced property, where even your small four-legged friends will be welcome.
The house is comfortable, furnished with particular taste by the owner with local antiques, has a large living room with sofas and an antique fireplace, two comfortable double bedrooms and a smaller one perfect for a child.
Certainly, in addition to the proximity to important centres such as Perugia, Arezzo and Siena, which you can visit with convenient day trips, in our opinion the highlight of the villa is the view from the house and its outdoor space. Casale al Doglio is located in the greenest region of Italy, among the rolling Umbrian hills in a still untouched and unique area with its little villages, fascinating history and cuisine made with typical local products. The perfect place for a relaxing holiday in close contact with nature. The house was built in keeping with local architecture and using only recycled materials. The external thick exposed-stone walls, the interior chestnut wooden-beamed ceilings and antique terracotta floors, hint at the great passion that the owners put into building the house. The open-plan living area is well-lit thanks to the French windows that lead directly out to the well-kept outdoors. The portico, equipped for outdoor dining and surrounded by a lush garden, offers views over the surrounding green hills. The house, 497 m above sea level, gives you an unforgettable holiday in a fascinating pristine place without renouncing any creature comforts. We are in Doglio, a little village 9 km from Monte Castello di Vibio, a typical medieval castle built on a raised position overlooking the river Tiber. This borgo, apart from its rare beauty, can boast of having one of the smallest historical theatres in the world. Easily reachable from here are the many places of natural, artistic and religious interest in the area. Todi is just 20 minutes from the property and within easy reach are the beautiful towns of central Italy like Orvieto, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto. Furthermore, the excellent motorway connections provide easy travel towards the neighbouring regions of Tuscany and Lazio.
Interior:
On just one floor, the main entrance leads straight into the open-plan living room with lounge area with sofa in front of a rustic fireplace, dining area and kitchen with direct access out to the portico. A corridor leads to the sleeping area composed of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (suitable for children) with two bunk beds and extra third bed sharing a bathroom with tub and, finally, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. The two double bedrooms have direct access to the garden via French windows. Air conditioning only in the bedrooms.
Park:
The 1 hectare grounds of the property are entirely fenced-in. Part of the grounds are characterized by a mostly flat, manicured lawn while in the remaining part prevail fruit trees (cherry, fig, apple, almond) as well as olive trees, lavender bushes, flowers of a thousand colours and scents and aromatic Mediterranean herbs. Outside the living room French window is a large portico with wooden-beamed roof and an area for outdoor dining furnished with chairs, table, sofa and movable barbecue. Several metres past the automatic entrance gate, at the side of the villa, is a 3-car parking area.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The panoramic pool is located at a slightly lower level than the house, about 15 m away, and is reached across a stretch of lawn or down a few steps. The rectangular pool with four large Roman steps measures 12 x 6 m with a constant depth of 1.50 m. It has chlorine purification, PVC lining, internal lights and a thermal cover for the night. The terracotta-paved sunbathing area around the pool is surrounded by a spacious lawn provided with sunbeds, swing and gazebo that provides shade during the hottest part of the day and is furnished with a small table and sofa. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
