The apartment block is spacious and the 4-5* flats are state of the art. Each flat has a spacious balcony with a marvellous panoramic view. In winter, the 26 km cross-country ski trail runs right past the property, and numerous hikes can be undertaken directly from the house. The famous chapel path leads to the glacier village of Saas-Fee in just under an hour. The bus stop for the post bus or ski bus is just 20 metres from the house. With the SaastalCard, guests can reach the top ski areas of Saas-Fee or Saas-Grund free of charge and in just a few minutes, with pistes that reach well over 3000 metres above sea level. There are several restaurants and all the necessary shops in the nearby village. A small fitness room, an infrared sauna and a small library with a games corner are available to guests in the house.

Het vakantiehuis "La Joie" ligt in het rustige district Route du Golf in Icogne, Zwitserland, op een zonnig en kalm gelegen plek in een doodlopende straat met westelijke oriëntatie. Dit drie verdiepingen tellende pand uit 1989 bevindt zich slechts 1,8 km van het centrum van Crans. Het huis beschikt over een tuin die aanvullende buitenruimte biedt om van het Alpiene landschap te genieten.

De westelijke oriëntatie van "La Joie" zorgt ervoor dat de buitenruimten 's middags en 's avonds volop zonlicht ontvangen. De tuin biedt een gastvrije buitenruimte waar gasten kunnen ontspannen na een dag verkenning van de omgeving of het nabijgelegen skigebied. De rustige ligging in een doodlopende straat versterkt het gevoel van privacy en rust.

The sunny location at the edge of the valley offers unobstructed views of the wide valley towards Fiesch and the surrounding mountains to the south, Breithorn and Bettlihorn, and to the north, Grosses Wannenhorn, in every season. Thanks to the proximity to the Wichel bus stop, you are well connected to public transport, whether to the Fiesch train station towards Brig - Zermatt, towards Oberwald-Göschenen or to the cable car to the Aletsch Arena. Bus connections are also available towards Ernen-Binn and Fieschertal. Casa Yolanda hosts seven apartments. The owners live in the house themselves and personally take care of the guests' well-being. Family-friendly offers like pony rides or the nearby Blätz ski lift make the stay particularly attractive for families. The paragliding school of Hansi Zeiter is our neighbor. The landing area with a barbecue area and seating is located directly in front of Casa Yolanda.
The 3 1/2-room apartment Claudio on the second floor is comfortably furnished and features a south-facing balcony with a view of the valley and the mountains. Two bedrooms are located at the back of the house and can accommodate a crib. The kitchen, dining area with a corner bench, and living room are designed in an open layout. There are two wet rooms: a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and sink, as well as a separate WC. The floors in the living and bedrooms were renewed in 2024 with vinyl flooring. In front of the house, you will find a barbecue area, a sunbathing lawn, and recreational opportunities such as horseback riding, hiking, or skiing. A sauna can be used for an additional charge.
