It offers its guests 3 comfortable bedrooms, two of which with sea view, 2 complete bathrooms, 1 toilet and two magnificent terraces where you can eat or sip a glass of wine while admiring the view. The distance from the beaches of Versilia of only 7 km, makes it ideal for a seaside holiday - but with a priceless tranquility that only this place can offer.
The main activities, and the center of Pietrasanta, where you can shop - or simply eat in a good restaurant, are located 3 km from the villa.
Both the interiors and exteriors are very well-kept.

The holiday home in Tofano - Marina di Pietrasanta - has recently been completely renovated. It is bright and pleasant, ideal for families and people who want to spend a comfortable holiday by the sea, wich is only 700 meters away.
The holiday rental house is on the ground floor (with two steps on both sides) and has a well-kept lawn and garden where guests can sit and dine in peace. Inside, there is a living room with a sofa, a television and a dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee machine, an oven and a refrigerator.
Sleeping area
Bedroom 1: The beautiful first bedroom has a large window and wardrobe and is furnished with a double bed.
Bedroom 2: The beautiful second bedroom is located at the rear and is furnished with a pull-out double sofa bed.
Bedroom 3: The comfortable third bedroom is furnished with bunk beds.
Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower, bidet, washbasin and toilet.

This small holiday home offers absolute peace and exclusivity. Located in the famous town of Marina di Pietrasanta - Tonfano, it is uniquely situated to enjoy the attractions of Tuscany as well as the beaches of the sea. The historic town of Pietrasanta is only 10 minutes away and is also known as the little jewel of Tuscany because of its art galleries, workshops, studios and a thriving marble art tradition. The beach can be reached in about 10-12 minutes by foot.
Day trips to Pisa (40 minutes), Lucca (41 minutes), Forte dei Marmi (13 minutes), Florence and Tuscany can be reached in 90 minutes. The nearest international airport, Pisa, is only 40 kilometres away. Villetta Tonfano
