Deze houten villa in Kuohijoki, in het hart van het Finse platteland, biedt een rustig verblijf voor wie op zoek is naar natuur en authentiek Noordse leven. Het pand uit 2014 beschikt over 3 slaapkamers, elk met een tweepersoonsbed, en is geschikt voor families of kleinere groepen. Het interieur omvat een open woon- en keukenruimte, een klein toilet met wastafel en een bijkeuken. De villa ligt aan een meer in een serene omgeving.
Buitenruimtes
Het meer Avusjärvi ligt op ongeveer 100 meter van de villa en meet ongeveer 2 kilometer in lengte en 1 kilometer in breedte; de oever begint met een zandstrand en gaat over in een modderige bodem verder uit. Een privésteiger biedt directe toegang tot het water. Gasten hebben exclusief gebruik van een roeiboot en 4 sit-on-top kayaks. Een saunahuis, gebouwd in 2021, staat op 90 meter van het meer naast het hoofdgebouw. Op de oever staat een aparte vatsauna met houtgestookt fornuis, beschikbaar van 1 mei tot 30 september; deze sauna heeft geen stromend water en water moet rechtstreeks uit het meer worden gehaald. Een hottub staat op het strand en kan met behulp van een ter plaatse aanwezige pomp met meerwater worden gevuld. Brandhout uit de schuur is inbegrepen in de huurprijs.
Praktische informatie
Wi-Fi is beschikbaar in de hele villa. De hottub moet door de gast zelf worden gevuld, verwarmd, geleegd en schoongemaakt, en moet in 2 rondes worden gevuld om de waterput niet te snel leeg te maken en voldoende water voor douche, vaatwasser en ander huishoudelijk gebruik beschikbaar te houden. De hottub is niet beschikbaar tijdens perioden met vorst. De vatsauna op de oever is alleen beschikbaar van 1 mei tot 30 september en heeft geen stromend water; water moet uit het meer worden gehaald.

87 km to the north from Tampere (20 km to the south from Virrat), lake Näsijärvi 100 m, shared beach, shallow sanded bottom, restored in spring 2022. swimming pier, boat for shared use.
Log-built cabin on two floors, built in 1991, spacious living room, WC, another WC upstairs with shower, three bedrooms. Bedroom 1: three beds, bedroom 2: two beds and one extra bed (upper bed of bunk bed), bedroom 3: two beds. The cabin has more beds, however, the maximum number of guests is eight people. Other beds are for alternative use.
There is no own sauna in the cabin, but there is a lakeside on the beach (distance 100 m) with a daily sauna shift per cabin. The sauna must be heated by yourself if it has not been heated beforehand. The length of the sauna shift is 1 hour / day. The lakeside sauna can be rented separately for a longer period. Then there is also a hot tub available in the sauna. A separate smoke sauna (located in the same sauna building) can also be rented. Rentals are agreed in advance with the owner. Smoke sauna 300 e / 3 h, hot tub as pre-heated 150 e / 3 h. In winter, the owner will make a hole in the ice on request and according to the ice situation.
Barbecue shelter available and firewood is included. In case guest wish to use charcoal, he/she should be charcoal along.
Pets allowed at an additional cost. Cost is per pet, max. two pets at a time.

A round log cabin built in 2000, located in Haveri Holiday Village in Viljakkala, Ylöjärvi. Kyrösjärvi Lake is 250 meters away via road, with a shared beach available for guests. A rowing boat is available for common use at the beach for guests of the Kaivoskartano and Kultakartano cabins.
The ground floor features a living area, kitchen (renovated in 2018), a bedroom with two beds, a dressing room, a washroom with a shower and WC, and a sauna with a wood-burning stove (the sauna and washroom were renovated in 2024). There is also a covered porch. The dining table can be extended and there are totally 8 chairs.
The upper floor has a lounge area with one bed, and two bedrooms (each with three beds), a WC and a balcony.
The cabin is equipped with an air source heat pump for heating and cooling in summer. Child safety gates are installed at both the top and bottom of the stairs.
The yard includes a barbecue area. There is a trampoline (with a safety net) for children, shared between Kaivoskartano and Kultakartano, located at the corner of the Kaivoskartano plot; use is at your own risk. The holiday village area also offers a tennis court, beach volleyball court, and mini-golf course.

A 4×6 m tent is available for rent for special occasions. The price is 200 EUR per weekend, fully set up, or 150 EUR per weekend if you pick it up (within 10 km), set it up yourself, and return it. Dit charmante houten huis ligt in het hart van Finland, 30 km noordoost van Tampere, en biedt een authentiek Scandinavisch toevluchtsoord. Het huis werd oorspronkelijk in 1805 gebouwd en is in 2005 grondig gerenoveerd en uitgebreid. De accommodatie beschikt over een ruime woonkamer en keuken met 2 slaapbanken, een gezellige lounge, 2 slaapkamers elk met 2 bedden en 1 extra slaapkamer met 2 bedden en een slaapbank. Een wasruimte en een traditionele sauna met elektrische kachel completeren het interieur.

This log cabin (built in 2021) includes a spacious living room/combined kitchen/living room, a large dining area with seating for eight people, a fireplace, a TV, and a seating group. The cabin has three bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double bed, Bedroom 2 has two single beds, and Bedroom 3 has two single beds. Additionally, the sofa in the living room can be converted into an extra mattress for two (140x200 cm). The cabin also features a utility room.
