Het vakantieappartement No. 9 aan Gartenstrasse 5 ligt in het dorpje Ringgenberg in Zwitserland, dicht bij het schilderachtige Meer van Brienz. Dit goed uitgeruste appartement van 3½ kamers beslaat 57 vierkante meter en biedt plaats aan 4 tot 6 gasten verdeeld over 2 slaapkamers en 1 badkamer. De woon- en eetkamer is voorzien van een slaapbank voor 2 personen en een eettafel, terwijl de open keuken volledig is uitgerust met een magnetron, een conventionele oven en een koelkast. De eerste slaapkamer beschikt over een tweepersoonsbed van 180 cm, de tweede, kleinere slaapkamer over een tweepersoonsbed van 140 cm. De badkamer is voorzien van een bad en toilet. Het appartement maakt deel uit van een chalet dat ook de appartementen No. 5, 7, 8 en 9 huisvest, allemaal gelegen aan de Gartenstrasse. Het pand verwelkomt sinds 1990 reizigers uit de hele wereld.
