Dit landelijk vakantiehuis ligt verscholen tussen open weilanden aan de rustige rand van Camaiore, in het hart van Toscane, Italië. Het huis staat op een volledig omheind privéterrein van 600 vierkante meter, omgeven door een natuurlijke tuin met volwassen bomen die een serene en besloten sfeer creëren. De ruime tuin sluit naadloos aan op het natuurlijke landschap en biedt gasten een authentieke verbinding met het Toscaanse platteland. Het vakantiehuis vormt een ideaal uitgangspunt voor wie volledige afzondering zoekt of de rijke culturele omgeving van de regio wil verkennen.
Buitenruimtes
Het omheinde terrein beschikt over een natuurlijke tuin met bomen en open groene ruimtes die een vredige omgeving creëren. Het privézwembad meet 4 x 3 meter met een diepte van 150 cm en is beschikbaar van 1 mei tot 10 oktober; een buitendouche bevindt zich in de buurt. Een schaduwrijke pergola biedt een koele en comfortabele plek om uit te rusten, terwijl het terras een ideale plaats is voor buitendinen en ontspanning. Tuinmeubilair is voorzien in de buitenruimtes.
Praktische informatie
Het vakantiehuis beschikt over een verwarmingssysteem dat beschikbaar is van 1 november tot 15 april. Wi-Fi is beschikbaar; er is parkeerplaats ter plaatse voor maximaal 2 auto's. De toegang tot het terrein verloopt via een smalle motorweg van ongeveer 100 meter lengte; het gebruik van een auto wordt aanbevolen voor verplaatsing in de omgeving. Er is geen lift aanwezig in het huis. De eigenaar accepteert geen boekingen van groepen jongeren.
