Dit grote gezinshuis voor 3 families ligt in de wijk Cuzzago op 220 meter hoogte in Premosello-Chiovenda, in het hart van Piëmont. Het pand biedt ruime leefruimtes en een gastvrije natuurlijke omgeving. De directe toegang per auto zorgt voor een gemakkelijke aankomst. Een gedeelde tuin met volwassen bomen omringt het huis en biedt een rustige, schaduwrijke plek om te ontspannen in de Italiaanse plattelandssfeer.

De grote gedeelde tuin met volwassen bomen creëert een serene en groene omgeving. De ligging op 220 meter hoogte zorgt voor een aangename atmosfeer, terwijl de omringende begroeiing zowel schaduw als privacy biedt.

Dit is een gezinshuis voor 3 families met gedeelde ruimtes, waaronder de tuin. Wi-Fi is beschikbaar. Een parkeerplaats ter plaatse bevindt zich op 100 meter van het huis. Het gebruik van een auto wordt aanbevolen om de omgeving volledig te verkennen. Op ongeveer 30 meter van het huis staat een kerk met een klokkentoren die elk uur luidt; dit kan vooral 's nachts en in de vroege ochtend hoorbaar zijn.

Het huis ligt in de wijk Cuzzago, 3,5 km van het centrum van Premosello-Chiovenda. Een supermarkt en een restaurant bevinden zich op 3 km afstand; een bar ligt op slechts 100 meter van het huis. Een bushalte bevindt zich op 400 meter en het station Cuzzago ligt eveneens op 400 meter van het pand.
Het Meer van Mergozzo is bereikbaar in ongeveer 7 km; het bekende Meer van Maggiore ligt op 17 km en het Meer van Orta op 18 km. De charmante plaats Mergozzo ligt op 7 km afstand, Baveno en Omegna bevinden zich elk op 18 km, en de historische plaats Domodossola is bereikbaar in 21 km.
