Het vakantiehuis "Poggio" ligt op een hoogte van 250 meter boven zeeniveau in de heuvels boven Letojanni, op Sicilië. Het pand bevindt zich ongeveer 800 meter van het centrum van Letojanni en biedt een rustig en verheven toevluchtsoord met een weids uitzicht over het landschap. De ligging combineert natuurlijke schoonheid met gemakkelijke bereikbaarheid van de belangrijkste bestemmingen in de regio.
Buitenruimtes
De verheven positie op 250 meter boven zeeniveau biedt een opmerkelijk gevoel van openheid en privacy, met het omringende landschap als natuurlijk schilderachtig decor. De toegangsweg naar het vakantiehuis is ongeveer 600 meter lang en steil, wat het pand een extra mate van afzondering geeft. De buitenomgeving weerspiegelt het authentieke karakter van de Siciliaanse heuvels en biedt gasten een rustige plek om te ontspannen in de warme mediterrane sfeer.
Praktische informatie
Het vakantiehuis "Poggio" beschikt over een verwarmingssysteem dat exclusief beschikbaar is van 1 december tot 31 maart. Voor gasten die tussen 1 april en 30 november verblijven, is verwarming beschikbaar tegen betaling ter plaatse. Wi-Fi is beschikbaar in het gehele pand.
