Dit vakantieappartement met 3 slaapkamers ligt in het hart van de Zwitserse Alpen in Sedrun en maakt deel uit van het onderscheiden "Dervals"-complex. Het gebouw is volgens moderne bouwstandaarden opgetrokken en heeft tussen 2012 en 2015 uitgebreide renovaties ondergaan die traditionele architectuur met hedendaags design hebben samengevoegd. Het zuidgericht appartement baadt overdag in natuurlijk licht en biedt een rustige, vredige sfeer. De ligging dicht bij het historische dorp Sedrun zorgt voor een intiem contact met het Alpijnse landschap.
