Belvedere is een landelijk vakantiehuis op 650 meter hoogte in de heuvels van Pian Di Scò in Italië, omgeven door dicht bos en gelegen op een afgelegen, verhoogde positie aan een helling. Het pand bestaat uit 8 appartementen binnen één eigendom en biedt panoramische uitzichten dankzij de geïsoleerde ligging. Het landgoed omvat 40 hectare grond en combineert rustieke charme met moderne voorzieningen. De uitgebreide buitenruimte bestaat uit een terrassentuin met volwassen bomen, een natuurlijke tuin, een weide en een werkende boomgaard.
Buitenruimtes
Het seizoengebonden zwembad meet 9 x 5 meter met een diepte van 130 tot 140 centimeter en is beschikbaar voor gasten van het pand. Het zwembad ligt in het hart van het omringende bos boven de hoofdstructuur en is bereikbaar via een speciaal pad door de bomen; een buitendouche bevindt zich in de buurt. De terrassentuin, natuurlijke tuin, weide en boomgaard bieden ruime ruimte voor ontspanning en verkenning. Een barbecueplaats nodigt uit tot buitendinen en een tafeltennistafel biedt recreatiemogelijkheden voor gasten van alle leeftijden.

The large swimming pool will be at your disposal (size 12x6 m, depth 0.60-2 - open from 01st June to 30 September); occasionally it is also used by the owner who will be, albeit very discreetly, an excellent point of reference in case of need. You will have your own private space for your car within the fully fenced property, where even your small four-legged friends will be welcome.
The house is comfortable, furnished with particular taste by the owner with local antiques, has a large living room with sofas and an antique fireplace, two comfortable double bedrooms and a smaller one perfect for a child.
Certainly, in addition to the proximity to important centres such as Perugia, Arezzo and Siena, which you can visit with convenient day trips, in our opinion the highlight of the villa is the view from the house and its outdoor space. At the back of the house, in a sunny position, there is a swimming pool measuring 4.5x9m, 1.50m deep and completely fenced ( open from 16 May to 30 September) for the safety of your children.
Another corner that we think you will appreciate is the sun terrace on the first floor, where you will find a small lounge with a sun umbrella, table and chairs, ideal for aperitifs in the cool of summer evenings.
There is also a vegetable garden with fresh seasonal vegetables that you can pick daily.
Podere I Gigli is an old stone farmhouse, dating back to the early 1900s, which has recently been renovated and brought back to life while maintaining the structure, which still exudes ancient history and farming traditions. The grit floors and exposed beams have been preserved and together with the rustic furnishings and antiques and local crafts, personally and carefully chosen by the owner, make the house a truly ideal place for your holidays.

Casa Rossa is a suggestive farmhouse of very remote origins. It stands in a very panoramic and peaceful position, overlooking vineyards and olive groves. It can be reached by following an unpaved road (1,5 km) that winds its way through rows of vineyards, and even before you get there you will feel you have been catapulted into another era. The origins of this house are in fact very old and date back at least to 1500, as documented in the register of souls of the parish of Pieve San Giovanni.
The owners, Leone and Giuseppe, have intentionally maintained its rustic, almost medieval appearance in order to preserve its noble origins. The wooden and brick ceilings, the original terracotta floors and the simple and essential furnishings are a rare example of the rural tradition in Tuscany. The farmhouse is particularly suitable for couples or families who love nature and simplicity and want to get away from modern life for a while.
Pets are welcome (extra charge could be required).
You will find yourself facing an incomparable view on summer evenings, sitting by the pool (size 5 x 9 m, depth 1.20 m, private for guests - open from 16 May to 12 September) or dining in the furnished pergola in front of the house. And if you feel like leaving the quiet of the place for a while, the city of Arezzo is reachable in 15 minutes by car, and throughout the year it offers countless folkloristic and cultural events, including the Giostra del Saracino and the Antique Fair.
For horse lovers, there is a riding school less than 500 m from the house that organises rides through the vineyards and hills. Casa Rossa

You will spend most of your time here when at home, and then move easily to nearby towns and cities where you can spend memorable days, among art, history and traditions.
