Agriturismo Belvedere delle Crete is een gerestaureerde Umbrische boerderij gelegen op een biologische bedrijf in het landelijke gebied nabij Allerona, Italië. Het vrijstaande landhuis, zorgvuldig gerenoveerd en omgeven door bomen, weiden en open velden, biedt 3 onafhankelijke appartementen. De boerderij ligt op een heuvel op een zeer zonnige locatie met uitgestrekte uitzichten over het omliggende platteland. Het uitgebreide privépark van 20.000 m² biedt ruimte voor ontspanning, en het zwembad van 7 x 14 meter nodigt uit tot zonnige middagen.

Buitenruimtes

Het privépark strekt zich uit over 20.000 m² en bestaat uit bomen, weiden en velden op de heuvelkam. Het zwembad meet 7 x 14 meter met een diepte van 100 tot 200 cm en is beschikbaar van 7 april tot 31 oktober; een douche en WC bevinden zich in het zwembadgebied. Een schaduwrijke pergola biedt ruimte voor buitendinen en gezelligheid, terwijl een barbecueplaats uitnodigt tot maaltijden in de open lucht. Een speelplaats voor kinderen is aanwezig; een tafeltennistafel en een jeu de boulesbaan bieden recreatiemogelijkheden voor gasten van alle leeftijden. Alle kamers kijken uit op het park. De kelder bevat een tweede keuken, een ruime open-plan ruimte voor activiteiten zoals wijnproeverijen en kookworkshops, een wijnkelder met fijne Toscaanse wijnen waaronder Montalcino, Montepulciano en Chianti, een woonkamer met zitmeubels en een biljarttafel. De kelder herbergt ook de spa met een jacuzzibad, relaxruimtes, een sauna, een Turks bad, een emotionele douche, en kleed- en massageruimtes. De dependance biedt op de begane grond een keuken en een woonkamer met een tweepersoons-slaapbank, en op de eerste verdieping een tweepersoonsslaapkamer met privébadkamer en inloopkast.

De villa is volledig voorzien van airconditioning en verwarming. Elke slaapkamer beschikt over individuele klimaatregeling; een wasmachine staat ter beschikking in de daarvoor bestemde wasruimte. De keuken is uitgerust met een vaatwasser en magnetron als onderdeel van de volledige apparatuur. Gasten kunnen gebruikmaken van de barbecue op het privéterras. Alle kamers zijn aangesloten op het BOSE-muzieksysteem, bedienbaar via smartphone. Entertainment wordt verzorgd via satelliet-televisie met Netflix inbegrepen, aangevuld met televisietoestellen in verschillende ruimtes. The views from the house are outstanding taking in the Val d’Orcia and Crete Senesi, considered by many as the most beautiful areas of Tuscany. The owner a renowned Italian Architect and Interior Designer restored the villa in total respect to the Tuscan tradition and furnished it with an impressive combination of furniture personally designed and some antiques ones. The property comprises the main Tuscan stone-built farmhouse and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom in the guesthouse. Other bedrooms with en-suite bathroom can be rented at extra cost sleeping up to 18 people. Borgo Antico is a beautiful farmhouse on the high hills that separate the green Valdichiana from the Tiber Valley, located on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. It is the ideal place for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday, in close contact with nature and far from the noise and bustle of the cities.
Moreover, thanks to its position, 600 m above sea level and the large stone walls, the house, even on the hottest summer days, guarantees a cool and comfortable temperature inside, especially on the ground floor.
The Etruscan town of Cortona in Tuscany and the village of Trestina in Umbria are both about 18 km away, while restaurants and small shops for basic necessities can be reached within 5 or 10 km.
You can spend your holiday days bathing in the swimming pool (size 6 x 12 m - depth 1.20-2.40 m, completely fenced in - open from 01st May to 30th September), playing table tennis and enjoying tasty lunches and dinners in the cool gazebo furnished with tables and chairs next to the barbecue and wood-burning oven. Even the youngest children will have fun on the swing and slide.
Pets are welcome (extra charge could be required).

A beautiful villa born from the skilful and refined renovation of an old manor house built at the end of the 19th century and situated in a panoramic position on a hilltop overlooking Lake Chiusi. Villa Poggio Falcone is located on the edge of interesting tourist itineraries dedicated to the discovery of the Etruscans and nature. The town of Chiusi is only 7 km away, while Castiglione del Lago and Lake Trasimeno are 13 km away.
A few tens of metres from the villa is the 'Sentiero della Bonifica' (Land Reclamation Path), an interesting pedestrian-cycling route that connects Arezzo to Chiusi along the Canale Maestro della Chiana. The route is quite flat and therefore suitable for walks and cycling for the whole family. For nature lovers and birdwatchers, on the other hand, there is the Montepulciano Oasis just 10 minutes away.
It won't be difficult to make families with children or groups of friends happy in such a beautiful location, combining interesting day trips with relaxing days around the large private swimming pool (size m. 6x12, depth m. 1.00-1.60 - open from 01st May to 30th September) with solarium equipped with sun beds, tables, chairs and umbrellas. At the bottom of the valley is the railway line that connects Chiusi with central Italy.
