Het pand bevindt zich in het charmante Cisternino, perfect gelegen tussen de historische steden Martina Franca en Locorotondo. De villa beschikt over een ruim privéterrein van ongeveer 1 hectare met olijfbomen, lavendel en diverse mediterrane begroeiing.
