Beschrijving van de accommodatie
Het vakantieappartement Residenza Quadra ligt in het hart van Flims, Zwitserland, op een hoogte van 1.050 meter boven zeeniveau. Het gebouw strekt zich uit over 3 verdiepingen en is gelegen aan de rand van het dorp op een zonnige, zuidelijk georiënteerde helling. Het appartementencomplex bevindt zich aan het einde van een rustige doodlopende straat en biedt een vredige omgeving met gemakkelijke toegang tot alle essentiële voorzieningen en wintersportfaciliteiten.
Buitenruimtes
De zuidelijk georiënteerde buitenruimtes ontvangen natuurlijke warmte en overvloedig zonlicht. De omgeving op de helling aan de rand van Flims biedt een serene alpiene sfeer met open uitzichten passend bij de verhoogde ligging.
