Het gebouw werd in 1989 gebouwd en staat omgeven door dicht bos en open weiden op een zonnige, verhoogde locatie. De accommodatie beschikt over een omheinde privétuin en een gazonstrook voor zonnebaden. Het chalet wordt bereikt via een bergweg met een voetpad van 200 meter naar de ingang.
Buitenruimtes
De omheinde privétuin biedt een veilige en rustige omgeving; een gazonstrook nodigt uit tot zonnebaden onder de open berglucht. In winter, there is direct access to the Moosfluh cable car. Additionally, there is a bakery and a tea room with a sun terrace in the same building, inviting you to linger.
The renovated holiday apartment is ideal for 2 to 4 people and consists of a bedroom with a double bed (two separate mattresses, 180x200 cm) as well as a living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a shower and WC.

Het beschikt over 1 slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed, een aparte keuken en een ruime woonkamer met een extra tweepersoonsbed, wat het geschikt maakt voor kleine groepen of stellen. Een toilet met douche completeert de accommodatie.
Buitenruimtes
Het appartement beschikt over een ruim balkon op het zuiden dat natuurlijk licht naar binnen brengt en een warm en uitnodigend buitenruimte creëert. Een groot gazon behoort bij het pand en biedt voldoende ruimte in de open lucht om te ontspannen en van het alpine landschap te genieten.

Het appartement is uitgerust met SAT-TV, radio, CD- en dvd-speler. Wi-Fi is beschikbaar. Beddengoed, keukendoeken en badhanddoeken zijn inbegrepen in de huurprijs. There are several restaurants and all the necessary shops in the nearby village. A small fitness room, an infrared sauna and a small library with a games corner are available to guests in the house.
