Podere Conte Francesco is een landgoed met agrarische wortels, gelegen tussen bomen, rollende velden en wijngaarden in het hart van Toscane, in Certaldo. Het bestaat uit 7 individueel ingerichte appartementen, elk met een eigen karakter. Het landgoed ligt op een verheven helling in een rustige, afgelegen omgeving en combineert landelijke rust met een zorgvuldig samengesteld aanbod van voorzieningen. De natuurlijke tuin omvat een aangelegde tuin, een weide en een boomgaard die uitnodigen tot wandelingen en ontspanning in de open lucht.
Buitenruimtes
Het zwembad meet 10 x 5 meter met een diepte van 150 cm en is beschikbaar van mei tot oktober. De uitgestrekte gronden rondom het zwembad omvatten een natuurlijke tuin, een weide en een boomgaard, wat een serene en schilderachtige omgeving creëert. De verheven ligging van het landgoed op een zacht hellende helling biedt prachtige uitzichten over het Toscaanse landschap, met wijngaarden en velden die tot in de verte reiken. Er is voldoende parkeerruimte ter plaatse beschikbaar.
Praktische informatie
Het landgoed beschikt over een Wi-Fi-verbinding. Een wasmachine is beschikbaar voor gedeeld gebruik tegen meerprijs. Babyuitrusting is op aanvraag beschikbaar en is inbegrepen in de huurprijs. De eigenaar en tuinman wonen ter plaatse en zorgen voor onderhoud van de gedeelde voorzieningen. Het gebruik van een auto wordt sterk aanbevolen vanwege de afgelegen ligging van het landgoed, om optimaal van de omliggende regio gebruik te maken en lokale diensten gemakkelijk te bereiken.
Afstanden en bezienswaardigheden
Het centrum van Certaldo ligt op 7 km afstand. De middeleeuwse stad San Gimignano bevindt zich op 13 km; Volterra ligt op 40 km en Siena op 45 km. Florence, de culturele hoofdstad van de regio, is bereikbaar op 57 km en biedt toegang tot wereldklasse musea, galerijen en architectonische hoogtepunten. Pisa, bekend om zijn beroemde scheve toren, ligt op ongeveer 83 km. De zee bevindt zich op ongeveer 80 km van het landgoed. Villa Cecilia is an old farmhouse dating back to before 1800. You will find it perched on a hill in the heart of the Valdichiana, about 4 km from Castiglion Fiorentino, a characteristic village where you will find shops, restaurants, supermarkets and all necessities.
The farmhouse has been recently and carefully restored under the careful guidance of the owners, who strongly wished to maintain its ancient origins and characteristics. The original terracotta tiled floors, the high ceilings with wooden beams, all coordinated with quality furnishings, with fine antiques, are a perfect match for the characteristics of the villa. You will feel a sense of warmth at the villa, you will feel welcomed and pampered, perfectly in harmony with your surroundings.
The history of the farmhouse is also fascinating. In ancient times, the Valdichiana was a swamp and before the land reclamation took place, its waters lapped the land of the property and just a few steps from the house there was a small harbour for boats that connected by water to the surrounding villages.
Today the villa is part of a farm that includes vineyards, cereal crops, farmyard animals and beautiful horses. About 1 km away, at the owners' residence, you will be able to enjoy the organic produce from their vegetable garden free of charge. Their paddocks, should you travel with your horses, will be at your disposal (service available for a fee).
Around the villa, you will enjoy a large, completely fenced green space perfect for your morning or evening walks even with your four-legged friends. Inside the park there is also a woodland path (approx. 500 m) where you can relax, walk and organise cool snacks.

Agriturismo La Greppia is an old 17th-century farmhouse in typical Tuscan style. You will find it in the heart of the upper Arno Valley, on the slopes of the Pratomagno massif, surrounded by splendid olive groves overlooking one of the most beautiful and greenest valleys in Tuscany.
The three apartments retain clear traces of their origins, the exposed stone, the terracotta and wooden floors and the majestic beams, which will take you back in time, to the discovery of the region's rural customs. The furnishings, in typical rustic Tuscan style, make an important contribution to creating a charming and evocative atmosphere.
Inside the property there is a fourth apartment at the disposal of the owner and his guests.
Outside, you can benefit from a solarium equipped with garden furniture and umbrellas, and from an evocative, large swimming pool (size 15x6 m, depth 0.90-2.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) suspended over the panorama, from where you can be lulled by the enchanting landscape of the Tuscan hills.
The relative proximity to the exits of the A1 Autostrada del Sole motorway (Km. 15 at Valdarno or Incisa exits) will allow you, when you do not prefer to relax by the pool, to reach Firenze and the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany and central Italy in just a few minutes.
Tuscany is full not only of famous cities with monuments, churches and museums to visit, but also of small villages that look like jewels set on its gentle hills. Small clusters, more or less known, in the middle of the countryside or the green woods, where you can discover the region, the most authentic one.
