Agriturismo Casa Bacceli is een agriturismo gelegen in de rustige heuvels van Montaione, in het hart van Toscane, Italië. Het ligt ongeveer 2 km van het centrum van Montaione en maakt deel uit van een groot werkend landbouwbedrijf genaamd "Baccelli". Het complex omvat 7 appartementen en strekt zich uit over 20 hectare ongerepte plattelandsnatuur, omgeven door weilanden, open velden en glooiende wijngaarden. The Pieve di Sant'Ippolito is a small outbuilding in the heart of the Crete Senesi. You will find it on the outskirts of the village of Asciano, in a panoramic and sunny position. The property is composed of the manor house where the owners' family lives, an annexe and the very ancient Church of "Sant'Ippolito e Cassiano", whose origins date back to the 3rd-4th century AD. Inside the church you can admire a beautiful fresco painted by several renowned artists of the Umbrian school, such as Pinturicchio and Raphael, but erroneously attributed to the Sienese painter Giacomo Pacchiarotti a minor artist of the Sienese school. On 13 August, for the feast of Saints Ippolito and Cassiano, the church will be open to the public and a Holy Mass will be celebrated there. During the rest of the year, being part of private property, the owners allow it to be opened only on rare occasions, while guests of the house will be able to visit it freely.
You will reach the village of Asciano, with shops and services of all kinds, by a pleasant walk of just a few minutes.
All around the house you will find a large, fully fenced garden equipped with children's games, a table tennis table, barbecue and tables and chairs for your outdoor meals. The beautiful round swimming pool (dimensions 13 x 8 m, depth 1.20 - 2.10 m) with water geyser, infinity edge with waterfall and 3-seater whirlpool bath will be at your disposal during the whole year. Near the pool there are two gazebos furnished with relaxing armchairs, table, deckchairs and sun loungers for your days of rest in the company of your favourite book. The farmhouse has been recently and carefully restored under the careful guidance of the owners, who strongly wished to maintain its ancient origins and characteristics. The original terracotta tiled floors, the high ceilings with wooden beams, all coordinated with quality furnishings, with fine antiques, are a perfect match for the characteristics of the villa. You will feel a sense of warmth at the villa, you will feel welcomed and pampered, perfectly in harmony with your surroundings.
The history of the farmhouse is also fascinating. In ancient times, the Valdichiana was a swamp and before the land reclamation took place, its waters lapped the land of the property and just a few steps from the house there was a small harbour for boats that connected by water to the surrounding villages.
Today the villa is part of a farm that includes vineyards, cereal crops, farmyard animals and beautiful horses. About 1 km away, at the owners' residence, you will be able to enjoy the organic produce from their vegetable garden free of charge. Their paddocks, should you travel with your horses, will be at your disposal (service available for a fee).
Around the villa, you will enjoy a large, completely fenced green space perfect for your morning or evening walks even with your four-legged friends. Inside the park there is also a woodland path (approx. 500 m) where you can relax, walk and organise cool snacks.

It is well furnished and equipped, and we are confident that you will spend a comfortable holiday in a warm and welcoming environment. You will also have the opportunity to taste and buy excellent extra virgin olive oil produced by the owners, who still follow ancient traditions in the production of the famous local oil.
The house is located just a few kilometres from Siena and Arezzo, and we certainly recommend a visit to both. The former, admired all over the world, will welcome you with its ancient cobbled streets and the majesty of Piazza del Campo, while Arezzo, on the other hand, more reserved and less well-known, will surprise you with a delightful and rich historic centre, typical cafés and excellent trattorias. Villa Gioiosa is an old stone house that once belonged to the nearby Benedictine monastery and was used by the monks as a chestnut dryer, of which the surrounding woods are rich. Today the house has been completely restored, maintaining the characteristics of the old Tuscan farmhouse, both in the architectural features and in the furnishings, enriched with local antiques.
A few kilometres away is the village of Monte San Savino, famous for its ceramics and its beautiful alleyways and buildings, offering shops, supermarkets, restaurants and services of all kinds.
In the large garden adorned with medicinal plants, flowers and olive trees, there is on one side a beautiful swimming pool with a Roman staircase (size m. 5 x 10, depth m. 1.50 - open from 01st May to 30th September), and on the other a large barbecue and wood-burning oven in a beautiful wooden gazebo furnished with table and chairs, where you can spend enjoyable evenings in the company of family and friends. In the garden there are many relaxing corners where you will be spoilt for choice, whether reading a book under the porch, sunbathing by the pool or taking long, relaxing walks through the woods and cultivated fields within the property, which extends over several hectares.

Calanchi Residence is a small tourist complex with a large garden, a swimming pool for adults, a swimming pool for children and a wonderful view of the surrounding hills.
The Residence, consisting of two houses for a total of 15 apartments, is located a stone's throw from the small medieval village called Sughera, in the municipality of Montaione (FI) in a very central position with respect to the main tourist destinations and attractions of Tuscany: halfway between the legendary towers of San Gimignano and the medieval charm of Certaldo, yet not too far from the art cities of Florence (59 km), Pisa (57 km), Siena (65 km), and Volterra (33 km).
For this reason Calanchi Residence is perfect as a base for various excursions in Tuscany, all reachable in about 1 hour by car.
Each apartment has an independent entrance and a covered outdoor area.
The apartments offer 3 to 5 beds, two bathrooms, large living room / kitchen with double sofa bed (on request), well-equipped kitchen, satellite TV, fridge, freeezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, WI-FI, mosquito nets, air conditioning.
Three apartments have a private fenced garden, ideal for those travelling with 4-legged friends.
8 apartments are ground floor + basement.
7 apartments are 1° floor + attic.

The nearest village, Montaione, is 8 km from the Residence.
In Montaione you will find all the services you may need: supermarkets, banks, post office, shops, bars, pubs, ice cream parlors.
The whole area is also equipped with many excellent restaurants where you can taste the specialties of the area.

Agriturismo La Greppia is an old 17th-century farmhouse in typical Tuscan style. You will find it in the heart of the upper Arno Valley, on the slopes of the Pratomagno massif, surrounded by splendid olive groves overlooking one of the most beautiful and greenest valleys in Tuscany.
The three apartments retain clear traces of their origins, the exposed stone, the terracotta and wooden floors and the majestic beams, which will take you back in time, to the discovery of the region's rural customs. The furnishings, in typical rustic Tuscan style, make an important contribution to creating a charming and evocative atmosphere.
Inside the property there is a fourth apartment at the disposal of the owner and his guests.
Outside, you can benefit from a solarium equipped with garden furniture and umbrellas, and from an evocative, large swimming pool (size 15x6 m, depth 0.90-2.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) suspended over the panorama, from where you can be lulled by the enchanting landscape of the Tuscan hills.
The relative proximity to the exits of the A1 Autostrada del Sole motorway (Km. 15 at Valdarno or Incisa exits) will allow you, when you do not prefer to relax by the pool, to reach Firenze and the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany and central Italy in just a few minutes.
Tuscany is full not only of famous cities with monuments, churches and museums to visit, but also of small villages that look like jewels set on its gentle hills. Small clusters, more or less known, in the middle of the countryside or the green woods, where you can discover the region, the most authentic one.
During your stay it will be possible to go trekking, mountain biking, or on road trips, even accompanied by expert guides. On request, the owner will prepare typical Tuscan lunches and dinners. La Greppia
