Beautifully furnished and well-kept detached house with garden in the Montignoso district, approx. 3 km from the sea. The house is reached by a little-used road or path, you can park opposite on the owner's property. The garden is beautifully laid out with many flowers and plants and very well maintained. There are 2 dining tables with chairs.
The house has approx. 80m2, 2 terraces, dining room with fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher and oven, next to the bathroom with washing machine. Montignoso is a small independent village between Massa and Forte dei Marmi and also includes Cinquale by the sea. The Apuan Alps are within sight, Carrara and its marble quarries are about 10 minutes away and well worth a visit.
