Het chalet "Fricktalerhuus" ligt in het hart van Graubünden, Zwitserland, tussen de schilderachtige bergdorpen Surava en Alvaneu Bad. Dit kindvriendelijke, drielaagse chalet staat op 942 meter hoogte op een zonnige helling, omgeven door bomen en weiden. Het pand bevindt zich buiten het resort, ongeveer 1 km van het centrum, op een rustige en vredige locatie op het platteland met een adembenemend uitzicht over de Albula-vallei. Het chalet ligt binnen het beroemde Parc Ela, een van Zwitserlands meest gevierde natuurlandschappen.
Buitenruimtes
De buitenruimtes zijn zorgvuldig ontworpen rond de natuurlijke omgeving. Een grote tuin met goed onderhouden gazon nodigt uit tot ontspanning en zonnebaden. Een terras met tuinmeubilair biedt een comfortabele plek voor buitendinen en ontspanning; een barbecueplaats en barbecuehuis maken buitenkoken aangenaam. Een kinderspeelplaats zorgt voor vermaak voor jongere gasten. Wandelpaden beginnen op slechts 50 meter van het pand, waardoor gasten direct het landschap van Parc Ela kunnen betreden.
