Het maakt deel uit van een klein wooncomplex met in totaal 4 appartementen, wat een vredige en intieme sfeer creëert. Het cottage profiteert van een gedeeld park, ideaal voor ontspannende wandelingen in de open lucht.

Het gedeelde park rond het cottage biedt een ruime groene omgeving waar gasten kunnen ontspannen en genieten van de rust van het landschap, met open velden die zich in alle richtingen uitstrekken. De landelijke omgeving creëert een gevoel van afzondering en kalmte.

This is where the famous Palio di Siena takes place (July 2nd and August 16th). Climbing the Torre del Mangia (about 400 steps) rewards you with a spectacular view over the city’s rooftops and the Tuscan countryside. Calanchi Residence is a small tourist complex with a large garden, a swimming pool for adults, a swimming pool for children and a wonderful view of the surrounding hills.
The Residence, consisting of two houses for a total of 15 apartments, is located a stone's throw from the small medieval village called Sughera, in the municipality of Montaione (FI) in a very central position with respect to the main tourist destinations and attractions of Tuscany: halfway between the legendary towers of San Gimignano and the medieval charm of Certaldo, yet not too far from the art cities of Florence (59 km), Pisa (57 km), Siena (65 km), and Volterra (33 km).
For this reason Calanchi Residence is perfect as a base for various excursions in Tuscany, all reachable in about 1 hour by car.
Each apartment has an independent entrance and a covered outdoor area.
The apartments offer 3 to 5 beds, two bathrooms, large living room / kitchen with double sofa bed (on request), well-equipped kitchen, satellite TV, fridge, freeezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, WI-FI, mosquito nets, air conditioning.
Three apartments have a private fenced garden, ideal for those travelling with 4-legged friends.
